Claims (7)
- 바디(12);상기 바디(12)의 일단부에 연결되고 실린더 챔버(28)에 따라 왕복동작하는 피스톤(30)이 수장된 실린더부(14);상기 바디(12)의 내부에 설치되고 상기 피스톤(30)에 연결된 피스톤로드(32)의 직선운동을 회동운동으로 변환시키는 토글링크 메카니즘(64);상기 토글링크 메카니즘(64)에 연결되고 상기 실린더부(14)의 구동작용하에 소정의 각도로 회동하는 아암(20); 및상기 바디(12)의 외부에 설치되고 상기 아암(20)의 회동동작을 정지시키는 스토퍼를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리더장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼는 바디(12)에 형성된 개구부(16a, 16b)를 통해 외부로 드러난 지지레버(74)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지레버(74)의 양단부에 원호상 돌기부(82a, 82b)가 형성되고, 상기 원호상 돌기부(82a, 82b)는 바디(12)에 연결된 플레이트(84a, 84b)에 당접함으로써 아암(20)의 회동동작을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(84a, 84b)는 바디(12)에 대해 착탈자재하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
- 제3항에 있어서. 상기 플레이트(84a, 84b)에 원호상 돌기부(82a, 82b)의 일단면(94)에 당접하는 제1 당접면(96)과, 상기 원호상 돌기부(82a, 82b)의 타단면(98)에 당접하는 제2 당접면(100)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
- 제5항에 있어서. 상기 플레이트(112)에 형성된 제1 당접면(96)과 제2 당접면(100)과의 이격각도를 임의로 설정함으로써 아암(20)의 회동동작 범위가 규제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 바디(12)는 비대칭으로 형성된 제1 케이싱(46)과 제2 케이싱(48)과를 포함하며, 상기 제1 케이싱(46)과 제2 케이싱(48)은 실린더부(14)가 연결된 상태를 유지하면서 분할자재하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더장치.
