Claims (7)
- 전체 고형분의 중량을 기준으로, 이황화몰리브덴을 포함하는 고체 윤활제 성분 30 내지 80 중량%, 1종 이상의 결합제 성분 20 내지 70 중량%, 방청성 첨가제 성분 1 내지 30 중량% 및 기타 첨가제 성분 0.2 내지 20 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 방청성 첨가제 성분은 유기물계 방청성 화합물 및 무기물계 방청성 화합물의 1:1 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 방청성이 향상된 이황화몰리브덴계 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 윤활제 성분으로서 산화안티몬, 테프론 (PTFE), 불화흑연, 질화붕소, 불화칼슘 (CaF2)으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 성분이 에폭시 단일 중합체 및 실리콘, 페놀, 우레탄, 아미노 화합물 등에 의해 변성된 에폭시 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 가열경화형 결합제인 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 성분이 우레탄, 페놀, 아크릴, 니트로, 셀룰로오즈 등의 수지 중합체 및 이들에 의해 변성된 알키드 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 상온경화형 결합제인 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방청성 첨가제 성분이 인산납 화합물, 염화주석, 크롬산스트론튬, 크롬산납, 크롬산아연, 산화아연 및 인산아연 화합물 중에서 선택된 무기물계 및 트리하이드록시벤젠, 부틸하이드록시톨루엔 및 디노닐나프탈렌 모노술폰산의 금속염 중에서 선택되는 유기물계의 혼합물을 포함하는 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기타 첨가제 성분이 산화방지제, 분산 안정제 및 커플링제를 포함하는 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기타 첨가제 성분이 프로필겔레이트, 티타늄 및 알루미늄 스테아레이트 및 실란 화합물을 포함하는 피막접착형 고체 윤활제 조성물.
