Claims (3)
- 하우징과 밸브좌(座) 및 이 밸브좌를 갖고, 상기 하우징의 일단에 이 연료분사공측을 돌출시켜서 고착된 밸브장치와, 상기 밸브체를 개(開)밸브방향으로 자기흡인하는 솔레노이드 장치와, 상기 밸브체를 폐(閉)밸브방향으로 작동하는 폐밸브 스프링과, 상기 폐밸브 스프링을 상기 밸브좌를 향해 누르는 어저스터를 구비한 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 제조방법에서 규격치 범위내가 되고 또 상기 폐밸브 스프링의 스프링력이 관리범위내가 되도록 상기 하우징의 연료통로내에서의 상기 어저스터의 위치를 조정한 후, 상기 어저스터를 상기 하우징에 고착하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 제조방법.
- 축심에 따라 연료통로를 갖는 하우징과, 연료분사공이 설치된 밸브좌 및 이 밸브좌에 이접해서 이 연료분사공을 개폐하는 밸브체를 구비하고, 상기 하우징의 일단에 이 연료분사공측을 돌출시켜서 고착된 밸브장치와, 상기 하우징에 내장되어서 상기 밸브체를 개밸브 방향으로 자기흡인하는 솔레노이드 장치와, 상기 하우징의 연로통로내에 수용되어 상기 밸브체를 폐밸브 방향으로 작동하는 폐밸브 스프링과, 상기 하우징의 연료통로내에 삽입되어서 상기 폐밸브 스프링을 상기 밸브좌에 향해서 압압하는 어저스터를 구비한 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 연료분사량 조정장치에서, 부착공이 일단측에 설치되고, 로드셀 삽입공이 타단측에 이 부착공과 동축에 설치되고, 조정핀 삽입된이 이 부착공과 이 로드셀 삽입된을 연통하도록 동축에설치되고, 또 연료공급통로가 이 부착공에 연결되도록 설치된 본체와 일단이 상기 부착공에서 돌출되고, 타단이 상기 로드셀 삽입된내에 돌출되어 상기 조정핀 삽입된내에 축방향으로 이동가능하게 수납되고, 상기 어저스터의 위치를 조정하는 조정핀과, 일단이 상기 조정핀의 타단에 연결되어 상기 로드셀 삽입된내에 수용된 로드셀과, 일단이 상기 로드셀의 타단에 연결되어서 상기 로드셀 삽입된내에 수용된 구동핀과, 상기 구동핀을 축방향으로 왕복이동시키는 구동수단을 구비하고, 상기 본체가 상기 부착공내에 상기 하우징의 타단측을 삽입하고, 상기 연료공급통로를 통래 연료를 상기 하우징의 연료통로에 공급가능한 상태로 상기 하우징에 부착하여, 상기 구동수단에 의해 상기 구동핀을 축방향으로 이동시킴으로써, 상기 구동핀의 이동력이 상기 로드셀 및 상기 조정핀을 통해서 상기 어저스터에 전달되어 상기 폐밸브 스프링을 압축시켜, 상기 폐밸브 스프링의 스프링력에 따라 결정되는 연료분사량의 조정을 하는 동시에 상기 로드셀에 작용하는 상기 폐밸브 스프링의 반발력을 상기 폐밸브 스프링의 스프링력으로 해서 이 로드셀에서 측정하도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 연료분사량 조정장치.
- 하우징과, 밸브좌 및 밸브체를 갖고, 상기 하우징의 일단에 이 연료분사공측을 돌출시켜서 고착시킨 밸브장치와, 상기 밸브체를 개밸브 방향으로 자기흡인하는 솔레노이드 장치와, 상기 밸브체를 폐밸브 방향으로, 작동하는 폐밸브 스프링과 상기 폐밸브 스프링을 상기 밸브좌를 향해 누르는 어저스터를 구비한 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 연료통로내에서의 상기 어저스터의 축심방향의 위치를 변경하면서 연료분사량을 측정하고, 이 측정치가 상기 연료분사량의 규격치 범위내가 되도록 상기 어저스터의 위치를 조정하고, 위치 조정된 상기 어저스터를 상기 하우징에 고착한후, 상기 폐밸브 스프링의 스프링력을 측정하고, 이 측정치가 스프링력의 관리범위내인지 아닌지를 판정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사용 연료분사밸브의 제조방법.
