Claims (6)
- 글래스 기판과;상기 글래스 기판의 일면에 형성되는 제 1전극층과;상기 제 1전극층과 조합되어 다수개의 픽셀을 구성하는 제 2전극층과;상기 제 1전극층과 제 2전극층 사이에 배치되어 제 1 및 제 2전극층에 인가된 교류 전압에 의해 발광하는 형광층과;상기 제 1전극층과 형광층 및 제 2전극층 사이에 배치되는 한쌍의 절연층과;상기 글래스 기판의 양 표면에 제공되며, 가시광 영역의 빛을 선택적으로 투과시키는 수단을 포함하는 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수단이 고굴절율 물질층과 저굴절율 물질층의 쌍이 다수개 적층된 반사방지막으로 이루어지는 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고굴절율 물질층이 TiO2로 이루어지는 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 저굴절율 물질층이 SiO2와 Al2O3로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 반사방지막이 한쌍의 고굴절율 물질층과 저굴절율 물질층이 적어도 1회 이상 반복 적층된 구조로 이루어지는 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 반사방지막이 글래스 기판의 표면에서부터 고굴절율 물질층과 저굴절율 물질층이 순차적으로 적층된 구조로 이루어지는 전계 발광 표시장치.
