Claims (4)
- 보론 산화물 3∼66 wt.%, 상기 보론 산화물을 보론으로 환원시키는 알루미늄 2∼44 wt.%, 상기 환원된 보론을 활성화시키는 KBF43 ∼ 10 wt.%, 나머지 SiC 또는 알루미나 분말 희석제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보로나이징 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보론 산화물은 B2O3또는 Na2B4O7인 것을 특징으로 하는 보로나이징 분말.
- 보론 산화물 3∼66 wt.%, 상기 보론 산화물을 보론으로 환원시키는 알루미늄 2∼44 wt.%, 상기 환원된 보론을 활성화시키는 KBF43 ∼ 10 wt.%, 나머지 SiC 또는 알루미나 분말 희석제로 구성되는 보로나이징 분말을 준비하는 단계;내열성 용기속에 상기의 분말 및 보로나이징할 금속부품을 장입한 후 1∼24 시간 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면에 보라이드층을 형성하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보론 산화물은 B2O3또는 Na2B4O7인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면에 보라이드층을 형성하는 방법.
