Claims (1)
- 통상의 화학조성을 갖는 강을 전로(轉爐)에서 용재하고, 통상의 제조공정인 래들퍼니스와 RH탈가스 설비에서 불순물을 제거한 다음, 그 후 연속주조에 의해서 강편을 만들고, 그 강편을 열간압연에 의해 선재로 제조한 다음 냉각처리 조건을 제어함으로써 후공정인 구상화 열처리 속도의 단축이 가능한 베어링강 선재의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 냉각속도를 4∼10℃/sec 의 속도로 냉각하여 초석 시멘타이트의 생성 량과 펄라이트 층상간격을 감소시켜 줌으로서 구상화 열처리 속도의 단축을 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상화 열처리의 촉진이 가능한 베어링강 선재의 제조방법.
