Claims (4)
- 토목공사에 사용되는 락 볼트 보강용 펌핑장치로서,토목공사용 구멍에 소정의 유동 상태의 충전물을 주입하기 위한 충전장치인 펌프(10)와,상기 펌프(10)에 충전물을 공급하기 위한 믹서통(50)과,상기 펌프(10)를 작동하기 위한 구동원인 유압 파워유니트(60)와, 장치 전체를 콘트롤 하기 위한 콘트롤 패널(70)로 구성되며,상기 펌프(10)는,충전물을 받아들이기 위하여 밸브 블록(12)의 일측에 형성되는 유입구(14)와, 그 내측의 체크 볼 시트(15a)에 유동가능하게 설치되는 체크 볼(15)과, 충전물 흡입 시 체크 볼(15)의 임의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼(16)와,충전물을 소요부위에 배출하기 위하여 밸브 블록(12)과 유압 파워 구동관(30) 사이에 배치된 충전물 배출관(20)과,이 유압 파워 구동관(30)에 직접 유압구동력을 부여하는 유압 실린더 조립체(40)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 락 볼트 보강용 펌핑장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 충전물 배출관(20), 유압 파워 구동관(30) 및 유압 실린더 조립체(40)의 내부에는, 대략 전체에 걸쳐서 피스톤 샤프트(22) 및 실린더 로드(42)가 설치되고 상기 피스톤 샤프트(22)의 일측부는 상기 실린더 로드(42)의왕복운동 구동력을 전달받기 위하여 구동축(32)으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 락 볼트 보강용 펌핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 샤프트(22)의 일측단[밸브 블록(12) 측]에는, 접시머리형의 단턱(22a)이 형성되고 그 후방으로 일정간격을 두고, 역시 접시머리형의 샤프트 관통구멍(22b)이 형성되며, 상기 피스톤 샤프트(22)의 단턱(22a)과 샤프트 관통구멍(22b) 사이는 피스톤(24)을 받아들이는 피스톤 작동홈(22c)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 락 볼트 보강용 펌핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 충전물 배출관(20)은, 내경이 큰 하부 챔버(26)와 내경이 작은 상부 챔버(27)로 구성되어 있고, 상기 구동관(30)의 외부측에는 상기 충전물 배출관(20)으로부터 외부로 충전물을 배출하기 위한 배출공(37)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 락 볼트 보강용 펌핑장치.
