- 모터의 회전을 위한 상기 상용교류전원을 모터권선의 발열을 위한 상기 저전압교류전원으로 감압하는 저압감압장치 (200)와, 외부로부터의 제어신호에 의거하여 상기 모터회전용 상용교류전원, 또는 상기 권선발열용 저전압교류전원을 상기 모터의 권선에 선택적으로 공급하는 스위칭 제어회로 (330)와, 상기 모터의 절연상태를 검지하여 기준 절연치 이하이면 상기 권선발열동작을 개시하게 하는 제 1 제어신호를 상기 전원공급 선택수단에 출력하는 절연감지장치 (800)와, 상기 권선의 전류 및 온도를 검지하여 과전류 및 과온도을 방지하면서 상기 스위칭 제어회로 (330)을 제어하여 상기 권선의 발열을 제어하는 권선발열 제어기 (700)로 구성되어 모터 내부의 습기를 제거하는 모터권선 발열제어기에 있어서,상기 권선발열 제어기 (700)는, 상기 모터권선에 흐르는 전류를 검지하여 과전류를 방지하기 위한 전류제어회로 (710)와,상기 모터권선에 발생되는 권선의 발열온도를 검지하여 과온을 방지하기 위한 발열온도 제어회로 (720)와,구동하던 모터가 정지하기 시작하면 소정의 시간을 카운트하여 모터가 완전히 정지한 후에 상기 전원공급수단에 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 권선발열 동작을 개시하게 하기 위한 타이머 (730)와,상기 권선발열을 위한 전원이 상기 권선에 공급되어 권선발열 동작이 개시되면 이를 감지하여 권선발열 동작이 진행되는 동안 현재 모터의 동작상태가 권선발열 동작의 진행중임을 표시해주기 위한 권선발열 표시부 (740)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터권선 발열제어기
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 모터권선에 흐르는 전류를 검출하여 상기 전원공급 선택수단을 제어하기 위한 전류검출신호를 출력하는 외부 변류기 (400)를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터권선발열제어기
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 모터권선에 온도센서를 취부하여 온도변화에 대응하는 저항변화 신호를 검출하여 상기 전원공급 선택수단을 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터권선발열제어기
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 타이머 (730)는,포토 커플러 (CP1)와, 저항 (R2,R3,R5), 콘덴서 (C2), 트랜지스터 (Q1)와 연결되어 10 ∼ 60초의 지연시간후에 릴레이 (RL1)를 통하여 상기 스위치 제어회로 (330)를 제어하며, 상기 타이머의 동작 초기신호 전원이 AC 75V ∼ 320V의 범위로 인가되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터권선발열제어기
