Claims (4)
- 천연고무와 폴리스타이렌-부타디엔 고무와 폴리부타디엔 고무가 1:3∼3:1의 비율로 포함된 합성고무가 4:6∼6:4의 비율로 혼합된 모체고무 100중량부에 대하여, 노화방지제로서 N-(1,3-디메틸부틸)-N'-페닐-p-페닐렌디아민 0.5∼5중량부와, 디페닐아민과 아세톤의 축합반응의 생성물 0.1∼3중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인너 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리스타이렌-부타디엔 고무는 오일이 함유되지 않았으며 스타이렌 함량이 23.5%인 것이며, 상기 폴리부타디엔 고무는 1,4-시스 함량이 94%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인너 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인너 고무 조성물은 SHORE A 경도 56∼64범위이며, 300% 모듈러스가 100 ±15이고, 인장강도 160㎏/㎠ 이상, 신율 450% 이상의 물성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 인너 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 인너 고무 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 트럭버스용 타이어의 바이어스 인너고무.
