Claims (10)
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 매트릭스와 세라믹 강화재로 구성된 알루미늄 매트릭스 복합 재료로 이루어지는 한 쌍 이상의 기재의 접합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 각 기재의 각 접합면 사이에 알루미늄 함유량이 70 mol% 이상인 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 침투재를 개재시키고, 상기 각 기재 및 침투재를 압력이 1 x 10-7∼ 1 x 10-3Torr인 고진공 중에서 상기 매트릭스와 상기 침투재가 공용융(共溶融)하는 온도 이상으로 열처리함으로써, 상기 매트릭스와 상기 침투재를 함께 용융시키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 또 상기 각 기재중 적어도 한쪽 기재의 접합면 측에는 상기 매트릭스가 부분적으로 침투되어 공동(空洞)이 잔류하고 있는 부분 침투 영역을 형성해 놓아서, 상기 열처리 중에 상기 침투재를 그 부분 침투 영역 중의 공동으로 침투시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 중에 상기 침투재가 상기 각 기재속으로 침투하고, 상기 각 기재의 접합 경계면에 다른 결정상(結晶相)이 실질적으로 검출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 기재 및 침투재를 열처리할 때, 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면에 수직인 방향에 대하여 20 gf/cm2이상의 압력을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.

- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 매트릭스와 세라믹 강화재로 구성된 알루미늄 매트릭스 복합 재료로 이루어지는 한 쌍 이상의 기재의 접합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 각 기재의 각 접합면을 서로 접촉시키고, 알루미늄 함유량이 70 mol% 이상인 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 침투재를 상기 각 기재중 적어도 한쪽 기재에 접촉시키며, 상기 각 기재와 침투재를 압력이 1 x 10-7∼ 1 x 10-3Torr인 고진공 중에서 상기 매트릭스와 상기 침투재가 공용융(共溶融)하는 온도 이상으로 열처리함으로써, 상기 침투재를 구성하는 알루미늄 합금을 상기 기재 속으로 침투시키고, 용융된 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면을 횡단하도록 확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽 기재의 접합면 측에는 상기 매트릭스가 부분적으로 침투되어 공동이 잔류하고 있는 부분 침투 영역을 형성해 놓아서, 상기 열처리 중에 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을, 그 부분 침투 영역 중의 공동으로 침투시키고 또 그 부분 침투 영역으로부터 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면을 횡단하도록 확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽 기재는 상기 매트릭스가 부분적으로 침투되어 공동이 잔류하고 있는 부분 침투 알루미늄 매트릭스 복합 재료로 이루져서, 상기 열처리 중에 상기 침투재를 구성하는 알루미늄 합금을 상기 한쪽 기재의 공동으로 침투시키고, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 상기 한쪽 기재측으로부터 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면을 횡단하도록 확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 침투재의 용융 온도가 상기 매트릭스의 용융 온도보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면의 중심선 평균 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.7 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 전에 상기 각 기재의 각 접합면을 산 용액 또는 알칼리 용액으로 세척함으로써, 상기 각 접합면 위의 산화막과 질화막 중 적어도 한쪽을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합체의 제조 방법.
