Claims (1)
- 초음파 유량계를 사용하여 가스의 유량을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,유량을 측정하고자 하는 가스가 내부를 통해 이송되도록 구성되는 가스 이송관(120)에 설치되는 두개의 초음파 변환용 센서들(111)(112)을 포함하고, 상기 초음파 변환용 센서들(111)(112)은 각각 초음파를 발생시켜 상기 가스 이송관(120)내로 이송되는 가스를 통해 서로에 대하여 조사되도록 상기 가스 이송관(120)의 벽에 위치되고, 그리고 상기 초음파 변환용 센서들은 가스의 흐름방향으로 상류쪽 초음파 변환용 센서(111) 및 하류쪽 초음파 변환용 센서(112)로 구분되도록 두 센서의 중심을 연결하는 선과 센서의 중심을 지나는 수직선이 센서의 중심에서 θ의 각을 이루도록 배치되어 구성되는 초음파 유량계(100), 및 상기 가스 이송관(120)을 통해 이송되는 가스의 온도를 측정할 수 있도록 가스 이송관(120)의 벽에 구비되는 온도 센서(115)를 설치하는 단계;초음파 유량계(100)의 상류쪽 초음파 변환용 센서(111)의 도달시간(Tup) 및 하류쪽 초음파 변환용 센서(112)의 도달시간(Tdn)을 하기 식(1),(2)을 이용하여 구하는 단계;(수학식1)Tup =(수학식 2)Tdn =상기 온도센서(115)를 이용하여 상기 가스 이송관(120)을 통해 이송되는 가스의 온도를 측정하는 단계; 및상기와 같이 구한 도달시간(Tup)및(Tdn), 상기와 같이 측정된 가스의 온도(t)값을 이용하여 하기 식(5)에 의해(수학식 5)P = 2co·{(Tup × Tdn)/(Tup + Tdn)}·상기한 두개의 초음파 변환용 센서 사이의 거리(P)를 구하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 초음파 유량계의 센서사이의 거리 측정방법
