Claims (16)
- 하나 이상의 성분으로서, 0.1 내지 25 mol % C1-4α-올레핀 단위 및/또는 비닐 에테르 단위를 함유하고, 비닐 알콜 단위 기준으로 3 개의 연속 비닐 알콜 단위 사슬의 중심에 위치한 비닐 알콜 단위의 히드록실기의 몰 분율이 3조식 표현으로 70 내지 99.9 mol % 이며, 카르복실산 및 락톤 고리 함량이 0.02 내지 0.15 mol % 이고, 융점(Tm)이 160 내지 230 ℃ 인 수용성 폴리비닐 알콜을 함유하고, 폴리비닐 알콜 100 중량부에 대해 소듐 이온 0.0003 내지 1 중량부의 알칼리 금속 이온을 함유하는 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온-함유의, 수용성 폴리비닐 알콜 및, 융점이 270 ℃ 이하인 일부 다른 열가소성 중합체를 함유하는 다중-성분 섬유인 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 알콜이 4 내지 15 mol % 의 에틸렌 단위 함량을 갖는 변성 PVA 인 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 알콜이 가소제를 함유하는 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 가소제가 폴리알콜 유도체인 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 폴리알콜 유도체가 소르비톨-알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물인 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유.
- 0.1 내지 25 mol % C1-4α-올레핀 단위 및/또는 비닐 에테르 단위를 함유하고, 비닐 알콜 단위 기준으로 3 개의 연속 비닐 알콜 단위 사슬의 중심에 위치한 비닐 알콜 단위의 히드록실기의 몰 분율이 3조식 표현으로 70 내지 99.9 mol % 이고, 카르복실산 및 락톤 고리 함량이 0.02 내지 0.15 mol % 이고, 융점(Tm) 이 160 내지 230 ℃ 이며, 폴리비닐 알콜 100 중량부에 대해 소듐 이온 0.0003 내지 1 중량부의 알칼리 금속 이온을 가지는 수용성 폴리비닐 알콜을 Tm 내지 Tm + 80 ℃ 의 방사구 온도에서, 1,000 내지 25,000 sec-1의 전단 속도 (γ) 로, 또한 10 내지 500 의 드래프트로 용융-방사함을 포함하는, 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 하나 이상의 성분으로서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜 섬유를 함유하는 섬유 구조체.

- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 실(yarn), 제직포(woven fabrics) 또는 편성물 (knitted fabrics) 의 형태인 섬유 구조체.
- 제 9 항의 섬유 구조체를 물로 가공하여 용해시키고, 섬유를 구성하는 폴리비닐 알콜을 제거함을 포함하는, 섬유 제품의 제조 방법.
- 하나 이상의 성분으로서, 0.1 내지 25 mol % C1-4α-올레핀 단위 및/또는 비닐 에테르 단위를 함유하고, 비닐 알콜 단위 기준으로 3 개의 연속 비닐 알콜 단위 사슬의 중심에 위치한 비닐 알콜 단위의 히드록실기의 몰 분율이 3조식 표현으로 70 내지 99.9 mol % 이고, 카르복실산 및 락톤 고리 함량이 0.02 내지 0.15 mol % 이고, 융점(Tm) 이 160 내지 230 ℃ 인 변성 폴리비닐 알콜을 함유하고, 폴리비닐 알콜 100 중량부에 대해 소듐 이온 0.0003 내지 1 중량부의 알칼리 금속 이온을 함유하는 섬유로 이루어진 부직포.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온-함유의, 변성 폴리비닐 알콜 및, 융점이 270 ℃ 이하인 일부 다른 열가소성 중합체를 함유하는 다중-성분 섬유로 구성된 부직포.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 방사-결합된 부직포인 부직포.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 용융-블로잉된 부직포인 부직포.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 변성 폴리비닐 알콜이 4 내지 15 mol % 의 에틸렌 단위 함량을 갖는 부직포.
