Description
Claims (14)
- 실린더와,연료를 실린더에 공급하는 연료공급장치와,소정의 조건에서 토크다운제어를 행하는 토크다운제어수단을 가진 엔진의 증발연료제어장치로서,상기 연료공급장치로부터 증발된 연료를 포착해서 이 증발연료를 상기 실린더에 공급하는 증발연료공급수단과,토크다운제어의 실행에 따라서 상기 실린더에의 증발연료의 공급을 제어하는 증발연료공급제어수단을 구비하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진은 복수개의 실린더를 가지며,상기 토크다운제어수단은, 복수개의 실린더 중 특정실린더에의 연료공급을 차단하는 연료차단작동을 실행하는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진은 복수개의 실린더를 가지며,상기 토크다운제어수단은, 복수개의 실린더 중 특정실린더의 점화시기를 지연시키는 점화시기지연작동을 실행하는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진은 복수개의 실린더를 가지며,상기 토크다운제어수단은,복수개의 실린더 중 특정실린더에의 연료공급을 차단하는 연료차단작동을 실행하는 수단과,특정실린더의 점화시기를 지연시키는 점화시기지연작동을 실행하는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 증발연료공급수단은,상기 연료공급장치로부터의 증발연료를 엔진의 흡기통로에 안내하는 공급라인을 포함하고,상기 증발연료공급제어수단은,상기 흡기통로에의 증발연료의 공급을 조정하는, 상기 공급라인에 설치된 퍼지밸브와,토크다운제어가 실행될 때 상기 흡기통로에의 증발연료의 공급을 감소시키기 위하여 퍼지밸브를 작동시키는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은 복수개의 토크다운레벨을 제공하기 위하여 작동가능하며,상기 작동수단은, 토크다운레벨이 상승함에 비례해서 증발연료의 공급을 감소시키기 위하여 퍼지밸브를 작동시키는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은 복수개의 토크다운레벨을 기억하는 메모리를 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치,
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 증발연료공급제어수단은 상기 실린더에의 증발연료의 공급을 금지하는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 증발연료공급수단은,상기 연료공급장치의 연료탱크로부터의 증발연료를 엔진의 흡기통로에 안내하는 공급라인을 포함하고,상기 금지수단은,상기 공급라인을 개폐하기 위해 공급라인에 설치된 퍼지밸브와,토크다운제어가 실행될 때 공급라인을 폐쇄하기 위하여 상기 퍼지밸브를 작동시키는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은, 상기 엔진을 구비한 차량이 차륜슬립을 일으킬 때 토크다운제어를 행하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은, 차륜의 슬립의 정도에 대응하는 토크다운레벨을 설정하는 수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은,차륜슬립을 검출하는 검출수단과,토크다운레벨을 설정하기 위해 검출된 차륜슬립의 슬립정도를 연산하고, 상기 설정된 토크다운레벨에 의거하여 연료차단실린더의 조합을 지정하는 연료차단지정수단을 포함하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진은 자동변속기와 결합되고, 상기 토크다운제어수단은, 상기 자동변속기가 변속중에 있을 때 토크다운제어를 행하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 토크다운제어수단은 상기 자동변속기의 터빈회전수를 검출하는 센서를 포함하며, 상기 토크다운제어수단은, 터빈회전수의 감소개시직후의 소정시간 동안에 토크다운제어를 행하는 엔진의 증발연료제어장치.
