Claims (4)
- 표시부와 비표시부가 구분된 오버레이 그래픽수단을 포함하는 반사형 고분자분산에 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 오버레이 그래픽 수단으로 표시부와 비표시부의 투과율이 다르며, 각 표시부에 고분자분산 액정층이 코팅된 필름스페이서를 상하부기판사이에 안치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 고분자 분산 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,필름스페이서 컬러가 형성되고 투과율이 낮은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌의 일종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 것으로 10-80㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 고분자분산 액정표시소자.
- 표시부와 비표시부가 구분된 오버레이 그래픽수단을 포함하는 반사형 고분자분산 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 오버레이 그래픽 수단은 스페이서 및 내부의 고분자분산 액정층과 인접하는 상하기판 내면의 적어도 일면의 비표시부를 열처리하여 기본투과율을 낮추도록 하부기판과 일체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,비표시부 즉 그래픽에 해당하는 부분은 300-500℃로 열처리하여 표시부보다 투과율이 낮도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한는 고분자분산 반사형 액정표시소자.
