Claims (5)
- 밸브 로드의 왕복 상하 이동에 수반하여 밸브체와 밸브 시트 사이의 유체 통로가 개폐되는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 본체의 상부에 고정되는 케이싱과, 케이싱내 상방에 자유롭게 상하 이동할 수 있도록 설치되는 작동 축과, 상기 작동 축을 상하 이동시키는 구동 수단과, 케이싱내 하방에 설치되어 작동 축에 걸리는 힘을 밸브 로드로 전달하는 동력 전달 수단을 구비하고,상기 동력 전달 수단은 작동 축 하단으로부터 수직 하방으로 연장하는 원추상의 제1 롤러 지지 부재와, 밸브 로드 상단에 설치되는 제2 롤러 지지 부재와, 양 롤러 지지 부재 사이에 제1 롤러 지지 부재의 축선에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되는 1쌍의 롤러 지지체와, 각 롤러 지지체 상부에 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지되고 또 제1 롤러 지지 부재의 테이퍼면에 맞닿는 1쌍의 전동 롤러와, 각 롤러 지지체 하부에 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지되고 또 제2 롤러 지지 부재의 상향의 롤러 지지면에 맞닿는 1쌍의 홀더 롤러를 구비하며,각 롤러 지지체가 홀더 롤러의 축전에 대하여 제1 롤러 지지 부재의 축선쪽으로 편향된 축선을 중심으로 하여 요동이 가능하도록 케이싱에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 케이싱의 상방에 실린더실이 형성되어 있고, 구동 수단은 작동 축에 고정되어 실린더실을 따라 상하로 활주하는 피스톤과, 이 피스톤을 항시힘을 가하는 스프링과, 실린더실내에 압축 공기를 도입하는 압축 공기 유입 통로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀더 롤러는 축에 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지되며, 홀더 롤러 축의 양단면에 편심 축이 일체로 설치되고, 각 롤러 지지체는 이 편심 축의 축선을 중심으로 요동하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 케이싱내 하방에 편심 축을 자유롭게 회전시킬 수 있도록 지지하는 베어링이 설치된 1쌍의 수직 부재가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 롤러 지지체는 1쌍의 수직판으로 구성되고, 홀더 롤러 축의 양단부에는 횡단면이 비원형인 끼워 넣기 부분이 형성되어 있으며, 각 수직판에는 이 끼워 넣기 부분이 끼워지는 비원형의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어기.
