Claims (4)
- 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조에 있어서,광소자를 형성하기 위한 제 1 구리기판과, 상기 제 1 구리기판에 형성된 표면방출 레이저 어레이와, 상기 제 1 구리기판에 형성되며 상기 표면방출 레이저 어레이를 구동하기 위한 레이저 어레이 구동회로와, 상기 표면방출 레이저 어레이 및 상기 레이저 구동회로를 상호 연결시키기 위한 제 1 연결배선과, 상기 레이저 어레이 구동회로의 외부입출력을 위한 제 2 연결배선으로 구성된 광 송신모듈;광소자를 형성하기 위한 제 2 구리기판과, 상기 제 2 구리기판에 형성되며 광 송신모듈의 상기 표면방출 레이저 어레이로부터 출력되는 광을 검출하기 위한 광 검출 어레이와, 상기 제 2 구리기판에 형성되며 상기 검출된 광을 수신하기 위한 광 수신회로와, 상기 광 검출 어레이 및 상기 광 수신회로를 상호 연결시키기 위한 제 3 연결배선과, 상기 광 수신회로의 외부입출력을 위한 제 4 연결배선으로 구성된 광 수신모듈을 포함하는 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조는, 광결합 효율을 높이기 위해 상기 표면방출 레이저 어레이와 상기 광 검출 어레이 사이에 마이크로 렌즈 어레이를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2, 제 3, 제 4 연결배선은 금속증착에의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 구리기판은 DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) 절연막을 코팅하고 상기 각 광소자를 접합하며, 상기 DLC 절연막 일부분에 구멍을 형성하여 상기 구리기판을 접지수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자유공간 광연결 모듈 구조.
