Claims (3)
- 크로메이트처리된 공지의 금속판체(1) 또는 도금층이 형성된 경우에는 도금층(2)위에 연속도장라인에서,(a) 고분자량의 선형 폴리에스테르 수지를 주수지로 하는 백색 프라이머도료(4)를 롤코팅하는 단계,(b) 상기 백색 프라이머도료(4)로 롤코팅된 금속판체를 PMT 160-230℃로 가열, 건조시키는 단계 및(c) 표면에 광중합성 스크래치방지층(8)을 형성한 폴리에스테르필름(7)의 이면에 은 또는 알루미늄이 용융점이상에서 진공 증착되고 상기 은 또는 알루미늄 증착층(6) 하면에 열활성접착처리(5)를 한 후면반사방식의 핫멜트형 고조도 반사필름을 상기 백색 프라이머 도료로 롤코팅된 금속판체 상에 상기 열접착처리된 면(5)을 접착제 처리없이 단순 롤압착하여 접착하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 후면반사방식의 핫멜트형 고조도 반사필름이 적층된 금속판체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각층의 두께가 하기의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 후면반사방식의 핫멜트형 고조도 반사필름이 적층된 금속판체의 제조방법.도금층이 형성되는 경우 도금층의 두께: 15∼23㎛크로메이트처리층의 두께: 20∼80㎎/㎡백색 프라이머 도료의 건조막 두께: 7∼17㎛열활성접착층의 두께: 10∼20㎛은 또는 알루미늄층의 두께: 400Å폴리에스테르 필름층의 두께: 10∼30㎛스크래치 방지층의 두께: 2∼3㎛
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기의 소지금속판체(1)는 조질압연롤(TM)을 사용하여 표면의 조도를 Ra : 0.8㎛이하로 한 전기아연도금강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 후면반사방식의 핫멜트형 고조도 반사필름 적층 금속판체의 제조방법.
