Claims (6)
- Si를 12∼60중량함유하고, 나머지부가 실질적으로 Al로 이루어지고, 입상Si를 매트릭스속에 분산시킨, 특히 미끄럼재료로서 적합한 용사알루미늄합금.
- Si를 12∼60중량및 Sn을 0.1∼30중량함유하고, 나머지부가 실질적으로 Al로 이루어지고, 입상Si입자 및 Sn입자를 매트릭스속에 분산시킨 용사알루미늄합금.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 7.0중량이하의 Cu, 5.0중량이하의 Mg, 1.5중량이하의 Mn, 1.5중량이하의 Fe 및 8.0중량이하의 Ni로 이루어진 군의 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 용사알루미늄합금.
- 제 1항∼제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입상Si의 평균입자직경이 50㎛이하인 용사알루미늄합금.
- 제 1항∼제 4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면을 조면화한 금속기판에 피착된 용사알루미늄합금.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 용사알루미늄합금의 표면에 연질막을 피착한 것을 특징으로 하는 용사알루미늄합금.
