Claims (5)
- 농약활성성분 0.1 내지 10중량%, 생분해성폴리에스터수지 40 내지 49.9중량% 및 잔량으로서 탄산칼슘, 벤토나이트, 파이로필라이트, 탈크, 카올린, 석고, 올라스토나이트(Wollastonite), 칼슘설파이드 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방출조절조제 미분체를 50 내지 150℃에서 가열, 혼합하여 마스터칩을 제조하고, 상기 마스터칩을 용융 성형하여 판상핀제, 판상줄제 또는 조립식(租粒式) 입상제형으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방출조절형 농약조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 농약활성성분이 디아지논, 벤푸라카브, 아세타미프리드, 아세페이트, 이미다클로프리드, 카보설판, 카보퓨란, 포스파미돈, 피메트로진, 피프로닐 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방출조절형 농약조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 생분해성폴리에스터수지가 R1이 탄소수 1 내지 30의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌기인 디카르복실산(HOCOR1COOH), 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 내지 3인 상기 디카르복실산의 에스테르 및 그 무수물 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 산성분 단량체와 R2가 탄소수 2 내지 20의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌기인 디올(HOR2OH)인 알코올성분 단량체를 중합하여 수득되는 평균분자량 1,000 내지 50,000인, -(OR2OCOR1COO)n-의 일반식을 갖는 열가소성, 생분해성 폴리에스터수지임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방출조절형 농약조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 생분해성폴리에스터수지 대신 전분을 포함하는 비닐수지, 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올, 전분을 포함한 폴리사카라이드 또는 폴리락트산(Poly lactic acid) 등의 생분해성수지가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방출조절형 농약조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 의하여 제조된 판상핀제, 판상줄제 또는 조립식(租粒式) 입상제형 방출조절형 농약 조성물.
