Claims (4)
- 박리지(1) 위에 점착제층(11), 열접착제층(12), 열경화성물질층(13)을 차례로 도포하여 베이스층(10)을 형성하는 단계와;도포된 열경화성물질층(13)과 열접착제층(12)을 특정 형태로 커팅하여 절단선(14)을 형성하는 단계와;절단선(14) 내측에 형성된 열경화성물질층(13) 위에 장식구(15a)를 올려놓거나 인쇄하여 장식층(15)을 형성하는 단계와;절단선(14) 외측의 열경화성물질층(13)과 열접착제층(12)을 점착제층(11)에서 분리시켜 특정 형태를 갖는 라벨(20)을 성형하는 단계와;성형된 라벨(20)의 외부에 커버층(16)을 형성하는 단계와;커버층(16)의 표면에 내열성 박리지(1a)를 부착시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라벨용 열전사지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상기 베이스층(10)은 박리지(1) 위에 점착제층(11)과 열접착제층(12)이 차례로 도포되도록 구성하여 열경화성물질층(13)이 없이 열가소성수지로 이루어진 열접착제층(12)에 의하여 입체 라벨(20)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 라벨용 열전사지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성물질층(13)은 실리콘 고무임을 특징으로 하는 라벨용 열전사지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 라벨용 열전사지.
