Claims (10)
- (1) C1-C4알킬 기를 포함하는 모노알킬 치환된 벤젠, 또는(2) 모노알킬 치환된 벤젠 또는 벤젠과 C1-C4알킬화제의 혼합물을 포함하는 공급 원료를, 하기 표 1을 포함하는 X-선 회절 패턴을 특징으로 하는 다공성 결정질 물질을 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시켜 C1-C4알킬 기를 포함하는 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠을 포함하는 생성물로 전환시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 결정질 물질은 선택화제로 처리된 것으로서, 상기 처리된 결정질 물질은 α 값이 10 내지 2,000 이며, p-크실렌의 수착 용량이 결정질 물질 100g 당 1g 이상이고, 상기 수착 용량은 120℃ 및 4.5±0.8 mmHg (600±100 kPa)의 p-크실렌 압력에서 측정된 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.표 1
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 물질이 MCM-22, MCM-49 및 PSH-3에서 선택되는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 물질의 처리는 상기 결정질 물질을 단량체성 또는 중합체성 선택화제 화합물 중 하나 또는 이들의 조합물과 접촉시킨 후, 상기 접촉된 결정질 물질을 소성시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접촉을 2 내지 6 회 반복하는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선택화제가 하기 화학식 1 을 특징으로 하는 실록산인 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.화학식 1상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소 할로겐; 히드록실; C1-C10알킬, 할로겐화 C1-C10알킬; C6-C20의 아릴, 아랄킬 또는 알카릴; 할로겐화 C6-C20의 아릴, 아랄킬 또는 알카릴; 또는 이들의 혼합물이며: n 은 2 내지 1,000의 정수이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선택화제는 디메틸 실리콘, 디에틸 실리콘, 페닐메틸 실리콘, 메틸 수소 실리콘, 에틸 수소 실리콘, 페닐 수소 실리콘, 메틸에틸 실리콘, 페닐에틸 실리콘, 디페닐 실리콘, 메틸트리플루오로프로필 실리콘, 에틸트리플루오로프로필 실리콘, 폴리디메틸 실리콘, 테트라클로로페닐메틸 실리콘, 테트라클로로페닐에틸 실리콘. 테트라클로로페닐 수소 실리콘, 테트라클로로페닐페닐 실리콘, 메틸비닐 실리콘, 에틸비닐 실리콘, 헥사메틸 시클로트리실록산, 옥타메틸 시클로테트라실록산, 헥사페닐 시클로트리실록산 및 옥타페닐 시클로테트라실록산 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선택화제가 하기 화학식 2 를 특징으로 하는 실란인 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법:화학식 2상기 식에서, R3, R4. R5및 R6은 독립적으로 수소; 히드록실, 할로겐; C1-C10알킬; 할로겐화 C1-C10알킬; C1-C10알콕시; C6-C20의 아릴, 아랄킬 또는 알카릴; 할로겐화 C6-C20아릴, 아랄킬 또는 알카릴; C3-C9유기 아민; 또는 이들의 혼합물이다.
- 제7항에 있어서. 상기 R3, R4, R5및 R6는 독립적으로 -N+(CH3)3, -N+(C2H5)3, -N+(C3H7)3및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전환 반응은 100℃c 내지 760℃의 온도, 10 내지 20,000 kPa(0.1 내지 200 atm)의 압력, 0.08 시-1내지 2,000 시-1의 중량 시간 공간 속도 및 0 내지 100의 첨가된 수소/탄화수소 몰비의 조건하에서 실시되는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전환 반응은 톨루엔의 불균등화 반응이며, 200℃ 내지 600℃ 의 온도, 100 내지 35,000 kPa(대기압 내지 5,00psig)의 압력, 0.1시-1내지 20시-1의 중량 시간 공간 속도 및 0.05 내지 20의 첨가된 수소/탄화수소 몰비의 조건하에서 실시되는 것인 파라디알킬 치환된 벤젠의 선택적 제조 방법.
