- (정정) 아연 산화물과 갈륨 산화물로 이루어진 형광체에 P가 0.5∼3 중량%의 양으로 도핑된 저전압용 청색 형광체.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 산화물은 ZnO이고 갈륨 산화물은 Ga2O3이며, 아연 산화물 : 갈륨 산화물의 몰비는 1:1의 범위에 있는 저전압용 청색 형광체.
