Claims (8)
- 알루미나를 주성분으로 하는 원료에 결합제를 혼합하여 성형한 후 소성하여 알루미나 내화갑을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 소성 알루미나 내화갑의 표면에 50㎛이하의 표면조도를 갖는 거칠기를 형성하도록 상기 성형시 내화갑 성형체의 표면에 거칠기를 부여하고;소성 후, 코팅하여 50㎛이하의 표면조도를 갖는 상기 소성 알루미나 내화갑의 표면에 30㎛ ∼ 1000㎛ 두께의 지르코니아 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나 내화갑이 70∼95wt의 알루미나, 4∼29 wt의 실리콘 산화물, 및 기타 산화물을 함유하는 원료에 결합제를 혼합하여 성형한 후 소성하므로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 기타 산화물이 Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, TiO2, Na2O, K2O이고, 그리고 상기 Fe2O3는 0.1-0.4wt인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제1항에서 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지르코니아 코팅방법이 프라즈마 용사법 또는 열용사법인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의제조방법
- 알루미나를 주성분으로 하는 원료에 결합제를 혼합하여 성형한 후 소성하여 그 턱부분의 각도가 80도이상인 알루미나 내화갑을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 소성 알루미나 내화갑의 표면에 50㎛이하의 표면조도를 갖는 거칠기를 형성하도록 상기 성형시 내화갑 성형체의 표면에 거칠기를 부여하고;소성후, 알루미나 내화갑을 40-50도 회전시킨 상태로 고정시키고, 코팅각도도 70도이하의 사선에서 코팅하여 50㎛이하의 표면조도를 갖는 상기 소성 알루미나 내화갑의 표면에 30㎛ ∼ 1000㎛ 두께의 지르코니아 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 알루미나 내화갑이 70∼95wt의 알루미나, 4∼29 wt의 실리콘 산화물, 및 기타 산화물을 함유하는 원료에 결합제를 혼합하여 성형한 후 소성하므로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제6항에 있어서, 기타 산화물이 Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, TiO2, Na2O, K2O이고, 그리고 상기 Fe2O3는 0.1-0.4wt인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
- 제5항에서 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지르코니아 코팅방법이 프라즈마 용사법 또는 열용사법인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코니아가 코팅된 알루미나 내화갑의 제조방법
