Claims (4)
- 안테나(ANT) 및 입력필터(10)를 통한 고주파신호를 증폭 또는 패스시키기 위해 스위칭시키는 회로에 있어서,상기 입력필터(10)에 제1,제2결합콘덴서(CC1,CC2)를 통해 캐소드단을 접속하고, 그 애노드단을 바이어스전원단(V1)에 접속함과 동시에 제3결합콘덴서(CC3)를 통해 상기 고주파증폭부(20)의 입력단에 접속한 제1스위칭다이오드(D11);애노드단을 상기 바이어스전원단(V1)에 접속함과 동시에 제4결합콘덴서(CC4)를 통해 상기 고주파증폭부(20)의 출력단에 접속하고, 그 캐소드단을 제5결합콘덴서(CC5)를 통해 다음회로블럭의 입력단에 접속한 제2스위칭다이오드(D2);상기 제1,제2다이오드(D1,D2)의 각 캐소드단에 접속한 제1전류싱크포트(P1);상기 제1,제2결합콘덴서(CC1,CC2) 사이에 캐소드단을 접속하고, 그 애노드단을 바이어스 전원단(V1)에 접속한 제3스위칭다이오드(D3);상기 제3스위칭다이오드(D3)의 애노드단에 애노드단을 접속하고, 그 캐소드단을 제5결합콘덴서(CC5)를 통해 상기 제2스위칭다이오드(D2)의 캐소드단에 접속한 제4스위칭다이오드(D4);상기 제3,제4스위칭다이오드(D3,D4)의 각 캐소드단에 접속한 제2전류싱크포트(P2);를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 고주파증폭부의 스위칭회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고주파증폭부(20)의 증폭트랜지스터(Q2)의 에미터단에 저항(R25)과 콘덴서(C22)를 직렬접속하여 접지시키고, 상기 제1전류싱크포트(P1)를 상기 증폭트랜지스터(Q2)의 에미터단에 접속된 저항(R25)과 콘덴서(C22)의 접점에 접속하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파증폭부의 스위칭회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전류싱크포트(P1)와 제2전류싱크포트(P2)로 제공되는 로직은 상호 반대레벨을 가지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파증폭부의 스위칭회로.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1전류싱크포트(P1)로 제공되는 로직은 약전계지역에서 로우레벨임을 특징으로 하는 고주파증폭부의 스위칭회로.
