Claims (1)
- 냉판압조용 합금강 선재의 제조방법에 있어서,중량%로, C:0.2-0.5%, Si:0.1-0.5%, Mn:0.2-1.0%, P:0.03%이하, S:0.03%이하, Cr:0.6-1.5%, Mo:0.1-0.5%, Ti:0.005-0.05%, N:0.001-0.020%와 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강편을 900-1100℃의 온도범위로 가열한 후 Ar3-1050℃의 마무리압연온도조건에서 열간 선재압연하고, 이어 Y= -0.027ㆍX+29.4(여기서, Y:냉각속도(℃/sec), X:마무리 압연온도(℃))의 조건을 만족하는 냉각속도 이하로 400℃까지 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 연질 냉간압조용 합금강 선재의 제조방법.
