Claims (2)
- 발전소의 고열 감지용 근접 센서(11)를 분리하여 장착하는 센서 장착부(10)와, 센서 장착부(10) 주위에 설치되어 발전소 설비의 온도에 상응하는 온도로 주위 온도를 가열시키도록 제어하는 온도 제어기(21), 히터(22) 및 팬(23)을 분산 배치한 환경 변화부(20)와, 상기 센서 장착부(10)와 환경 변화부(20)를 외기와 차단 하도록 설치된 하우징(31)으로 이루어진 히트 유니트(30)와; 상기 환경 변화부(20)에 온도 환경 변화량을 제공하여 제어하는 환경 변화 제어부(40)와, 센서 장착부(10)의 장착 근접 센서(11) 출력을 계측 기기(51)에 인가하여 분석하는 신호 분석부(50)와, 교류 전원을 직류 전원으로 변환시켜 신호분석부(50)에 인가하는 제어 전원 조절부(60)로 이루어진 전원 제어 유니트(70)를 포함하여 구성하고; 상기 히트 유니트(30)와 전원 제어 유니트(70)는 인터페이스 케이블(32)로 연결되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 발전소의 고열 감지용 근접 스위치 점검 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환경 변화 제어부(40)는 상기 히터(22) 및 팬(23)의 주변에서 온도에 의하여 반응하고 온도가 낮을 때는 접점(M15, M22)을 온 시켜 히터(22) 및 팬(23)에 전원을 인가토록 하는 바이메탈(49-1, 49-2)와, 온도 제어의 수동 및 자동 여부를 선택하는 선택 스위치(41)와, 선택 스위치(41)가 선택될 때 온 오프를 선태토록 하는 온 오프 스위치(42)와, 상기 선택 스위치(41)와 온 오프 스위치(42)가 온 될 때 구동하는 제 1 마그네트(M1)와, 히터(22)의 가열 온도를 제어하는 온도 제어기(21)와, 온도 제어기(21)의 제어 동작에 연동하여 접점(M1)이 온 될 때 구동하는 제 2 마그네트(M2)와, 상기 제 1 마그네트(M1)가 초기 구동시 접점(M11, M13, M14, M15)이 온 되어(a 접점) 제 2 마그네트(M2),램프(HTR RUN), 제 1 마그네트(M1), 및 히터(22)를 차례로 구동시키는 구성과, 접점(M12)이 작동시 오프 되어(b 접점) 램프(HTR STOP)를 오프시키도록한 구성과, 제 2 마그네트(M2)가 구동시 접점(M21, M22)이 온 되어 램프(FAN RUN), 및 팬(23)을 구동시키는 구성과, 바이메탈(49-1, 49-2)이 연동하여 접점(49-11,49-21)중 적어도 하나의 접점이 온 될 때 점등하는 랜프(FAULT)와, 바이메탈(49-1, 49-2)에 연동 하여 두 개의 접점 (49-12,49-22)이 동시에 온 될 때 온도 제어기(21)가 구동되도록 하는 구성을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소의 고열 감지용 근접 스위치 점검 장치.
