- 주 결합재로서 백색 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트, 혼합 시멘트, 알루미나 시멘트로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택된 시멘트 50∼87중량%, 잠재수경성 포졸란 재료 2∼15 중량%, 시멘트용 분말수지 1∼10중량%, 증량제 2∼15중량%, 보수성 증량제 2∼15중량%, 응결·경화시간 조절제 1∼10중량%, 분산제 1∼10중량%, 수용성 폴리머 0.2∼5중량%, 백색안료 2∼20중량% 및 유색안료 1∼20중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잠재수경성 포졸란재료는 슬래그, 실리카흄, 플라이 애쉬 및 메타 카오린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증량제가 탄산칼슘, 소석회 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트용 분말수지는 비닐 아세테이트계, 비닐 에스테르계, 비닐 클로라이드계, 비닐라우레이트계 및 에틸렌계로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보수성 증량제가 비중이 0.1g/cm3이하인 경량다공질 재료로서 펄라이트, 질석 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응결·경화시간 조절제가 탄산소다, 염화칼슘, 초산염 및 아초산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 폴리카르복산 화합물, 폴리카르복산 에테르, 멜라닌 술폰산염 포르말린 축합물, 방향족 아미노 술폰산, 나프탈렌 술폰산염, 폴리알킬아릴 술폰산염, 및 알킬 나프탈렌 술폰산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 폴리머가 메틸 셀룰로우스, 셀룰로우스 에테르, 및 폴리 비닐 알콜 아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수경성 무기질 도료 조성물.
