Description
Claims (4)
- a) 일정한 회전속도로 구동되는 이송장치에 의해 사(1)를 고정된 사가이드(10)로 이송하며; b) 사가이드(10)와 보빈의 표면사이에서 크로스 와인딩 삼각형을 형성하면서, 사(1)를 크로스 와인딩장치(3, 7, 8)를 통해 이리 저리 움직이며; c) 크로스와인딩장치(3, 7, 8)가 크로스 와인딩 구동장치(8)를 갖추어서 보빈직경에 무관한 이송 각도로 미리 정해진 크로스 와인딩 설정값(18)에 따라 사(1)가 크로스 와인드 보빈(4) 상에 놓여지고; d) 사장력 실제값(23)은 이송장치와 고정된 사가이드(10) 사이에서 측정되며; e) 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)은 보빈스핀들 구동장치에 의해 구동되는 보빈스핀들(5) 상에 장착되며; 그리고 f) 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)의 원주속도는 사장력 실제값(23)이 사장력 설정값(20)을 취하는 식으로 측정된 사장력 실제값(23)에 따라 변화되는 무작위 감기로 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)을 형성하도록 사(1)를 감는 방법에 있어서, g) 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)의 원주속도는 미리 정해진 원주속도 설정값(19)과 측정된 원주속도 실제값 사이의 차이에 따라 조절되고 원주속도 설정값(19)은 사장력 실제값(23)이 사장력 설정값(20)을 취하는 식으로 측정된 사장력 실제값(23)에 따라 부가적으로 변화되고, 그리고 h) 크로스 와인딩 구동장치(8)에 대한 크로스 와인딩 설정값(18)은 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)의 원주속도 설정값(19)이 측정된 사장력 실제값(23)에 따라 변화되는 것과 같은 비율로 동시에 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, a) 보빈스핀들 구동장치(6)를 제어하기 위해 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)이 미리 정해진 원주속도 특성에 의해 구동되는 식으로 와인딩 프로그램이 속도 설정값(19)에 의해 미리 정해지고; b) 속도 설정값(19)은 크로스와인딩 설정값(18)과 동일한 비율로 사장력 실제값(23)에 따라 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 보빈스핀들 구동장치는 속도 설정값(19)이 입력되어 있는 구동롤러 모터를 가지고서, 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)의 원주에 대하여 지탱하는 구동롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, a) 보빈스핀들 구동장치는 스핀들 모터(6)이고; (b) 크로스 와인드 보빈(4)의 원주에 대하여 지탱하는 상태로, 회전속도(25)가 연속적으로 측정되는 터치롤러(24)가 있고; 그리고 (c) 스핀들 모터(6)가 측정된 회전속도(25)에 따라 그리고 미리 정해진 속도 설정값(19)에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
