Claims (7)
- 서로 대향되어 배치된 한쌍의 기판과,상기 한쌍의 기판 사이에 밀봉된 액정층과,상기 액정층과 직면하는 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 형성된 화소전극과 상기 화소전극으로부터 이격되어 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 형성된 대향전압신호라인에 연결된 대향전극이 있는 적어도 하나의 화소영역과,한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 배치되고 복수의 입력단과 적어도 하나의 화소에 신호를 공급하는 복수의 출력단을 갖는 게이트신호구동회로와,상기 게이트구동회로의 입력단에 신호를 공급하고 대향전압신호라인에 신호를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 배선층을 가지며 한쌍의 기판 중 일측에 연결된 인쇄회로보드를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,복수의 화소영역은 줄과 열로 구성된 하나의 매트릭스에 배열되고, 복수의 대향전압신호라인은 열을 따라 나란하게 배치되며, 줄을 따라 배열된 화소영역의 각 대향전극에 각각 공통으로 연결되고,복수의 대향전압신호라인과 인쇄회로보드의 적어도 하나의 배선층에 대한 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 공통라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,복수의 게이트구동회로는 한쌍의 기판 중 일측을 따라 배열되고, 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상의 공통라인과 인쇄회로보드의 적어도 하나의 배선층은, 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 형성되고 게이트구동회로 사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 두번째 배선층을 통하여 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,복수의 두번째 배선층은 한쌍의 기판 중 하나의 표면상에 형성되고, 게이트구동회로 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,적어도 하나의 두번째 배선층은 공통라인에 비해 더 넓은 라인폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,복수의 두번째 배선층은 표면위에 형성되고 그 표면에 근접한 게이트구동회로에 대하여 그룹으로 나뉘어지며, 복수의 배선층은 인쇄회로보드에 공급되어지고 각기 그룹에 속하는 적어도 하나의 두번째 배선층에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,복수의 배선층은 서로 다른 전압 신호를 그룹과 관련된 두번째 배선층에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
