Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 개선된 연질 자성 특성을 갖는 제품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 인의 함량이 각각 중량비로, 분무화된 철 분말의 0.005 내지 0.03%이고 해면 철 분말의 0.02% 내지 0.06%인 절연성 인함유 층 재료를 형성할 수 있는 시간과 온도에서 분무화된 철 분말또는 해면철 분말의 입자를 인산으로 처리하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 얻어진 분말을 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조 분말을 열경화성 수지와 선택적으로 혼합하는 단계와, 상기 분말을 다이내에서 압축하는 단계 및, 상기 단계에서 얻어진 성분을 350- 550℃ 사이의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인함량은 중량비로, 분무화된 철 분말의 0.008 내지 0.02 %이고 해면철 분말의 0.03% 내지 0.05 %임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열 단계의 온도는 400 내지 530℃ 범위에서 변화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지는 페놀 포름알데히드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무화된 철 분말 또는 해면철 분말의 입자는 수성 인산으로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 철 분말의 중량비로, 0.1 내지 0.6 %의 양으로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최종 가열단계 이전에 수지의 경화 온도에서 부가의 가열단계가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부가의 가열 단계는 120℃ 내지 160℃ 사이의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 단계는 주위 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 단계 이전에 윤활제가 상기 분말에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철입자는 10 내지 200μ의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 단계는 20분 내지 2시간 동안 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산 처리는 0.5 내지 2시간 동안 주위 온도에서 수행되며, 상기 결과로 얻어진 분말은 약 90 내지 100℃의 온도에서 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
