Claims (7)
- 카셋트식 가스 봄베내의 연료 가스를 이용하는 휴대용 엔진용 윤활유 공급 장치로서, 흡기구로부터 엔진 본체에 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 윤활유 공급 장치에 있어서, a) 상기 엔진 본체의 크랭크 케이스 측벽과 이 측벽의 측방에 배치된 스타터 사이의 격실에 수용되고, 크랭크축에 의해 직접 구동되는 플런저를 갖는 정량 토출형 윤활유 펌프와, b) 유량 조정용 드로틀을 갖고, 상기 흡기구에 접속된 흡기관과 상기 펌프의 토출구를 연통시키는 토출 배관계와, c) 윤활유 탱크와, d) 상기 탱크와 상기 펌프의 흡입구를 연통시키는 흡입 배관계와, e) 상기 펌프의 토출측과 상기 탱크를 연통시키는 반송 배관계를 포함하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 탱크의 탱크 본체의 윤활유 공급구에, 상기 탱크 본체의 외부로부터 내부 방향으로만의 윤활유 통과를 허용하는 일방향 밸브를 설치한 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 봄베가 착탈되는 봄베 수납 홀더에 상기 봄베의 연료구가 착탈되는 봄베 조인트를 설치함과 동시에, 상기 조인트에 그 연료 통로를 개폐하는 연료콕을 설치하고, 상기 흡기관의 상류측에 배치된 연료 가스 레귤레이터의 가스 입구와 상기 연료구의 출구를 열전도성이 양호한 재료로 만들어진 하나의 연료 가스 공급 배관으로 연통시키고, 상기 공급 배관의 중간부를 상기 엔진 본체가 갖는 냉각풍 출구에 근접시켜 배관한 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 봄베가 착탈되는 봄베 수납 홀더에 상기 봄베의 연료구가 착탈되는 봄베 조인트를 설치함과 동시에, 상기 조인트에 그 연료 통로를 개폐하는 연료콕을 설치하고, 상기 흡기관의 상류측에 배치된 연료 가스 레귤레이터의 가스 입구와 상기 연료구의 출구를 열전도성이 양호한 재료로 만들어진 하나의 연료 가스 공급 배관으로 연통시키고, 상기 공급 배관의 중간부를 상기 엔진 본체가 갖는 냉각풍 출구에 근접시켜 배관한 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 카셋트식 가스 봄베내의 연료 가스를 이용하고, 흡기구로부터 엔진 본체에 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 분리형 윤활유 공급 장치를 구비하는 휴대용 엔진에 있어서, 상기 엔진 본체의 크랭크 케이스 측벽과 이 측벽의 측방에 배치된 스타터 사이의 격실에 수용되고, 크랭크축에 의해 직접 구동되는 플런저를 갖는 정량 토출형 윤활유 펌프와, 유량 조정용 드로틀을 갖고, 상기 흡기구에 접속된 흡기관과 상기 펌프의 토출구를 연통시키는 토출 배관계와, 윤활유 탱크와, 상기 탱크와 상기 펌프의 흡입구를 연통시키는 흡입 배관계와, 상기 펌프의 토출측과 상기 탱크를 연통시키는 반송 배관계를 포함하며, 상기 윤활유 탱크의 탱크 본체의 윤활유 공급구에, 상기 탱크 본체의 외부로부터 내부 방향으로만의 윤활유 통과를 허용하는 일방향 밸브를 설치한 휴대용 엔진.
