Claims (1)
- 압전 트랜스포머용 세라믹스 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,압전 트랜스포머용 세라믹스 조성물의 항전계를 증가시키고 큐리온도를 낮추기 위해, 시료의 기본 조성식을로 하고, x의 범위를 0.02 ~ 0.06, y의 범위를 0.25 ~ 1mole%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압전 트랜스포머용 세라믹스 조성물의 제조방법.
