Claims (10)
- 자동차에 설치한 자동변속기의 시프트레버 스위칭조작에 연동하여 회전운동함과 아울러 가동접점을 구비한 가동체와, 가동체를 수납하여 가동체의 회전운동에 따라서 가동접점이 분리 접촉하는 고정접점을 구비한 하우징을 가지며, 가동접점이 분리 접촉하는 고정접점의 위치에 따라서 자동변속기의 시프트위치를 나타내는 자동변속기용 제어스위치에 있어서, 하우징의 내외를 통하게 하는 호흡구멍을 자동차로의 실장면측으로 개구시켰음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 자동차로의 실장면측으로 되는 합성수지성형품의 본체 기판과, 본체 기판과의 사이에 가동체를 수납하는 공간을 형성한 금속제의 케이스로 되고, 호흡구멍이 본체 기판에 개구함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호흡구멍은 자동차로의 실장시에 있어서의 하우징 하단부 부근에 설치되어있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호흡구멍은 개구측이 큰지름으로 되는 단차부를 가지고, 호흡구멍 내에 끼워넣어짐과 아울러 통기성을 가진 캡과 상기 단차부 사이에서 통기성을 가지는 방수재료로 된 필터의 원주부를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 합성수지성형품으로서, 호흡구멍 내에서 캡의 바깥 주변면과 호흡구멍의 안쪽 주변면이 초음파 열압착 부착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 원주형상으로서 필터와의 대향면 중앙부에 홈을 가지며, 호흡구멍의 개구면 측에 홈과 통하는 통기구가 개구하는 형상으로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 통기구는 캡의 원주방향으로 만곡하는 원호형상의 긴구멍으로서 여러개가 같은 간격으로 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 호흡구멍의 개구면과 단차부 사이에 개구면쪽을 큰지름으로 하도록 직경이 2단계로 설정된 큰 구멍부와 작은 구멍부가 형성되고, 상기 캡은 큰 구멍부에 삽입되는 큰 지름부와 작은 구멍부에 삽입되는 작은 지름부를 가지며, 호흡구멍의 작은 구멍부 주변벽과 캡의 큰 지름부가 초음파 열압착 부착되어, 큰 구멍부와 큰 지름부의 간극은 작은 구멍부와 작은 지름부의 간극보다도 크게 설정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 호흡구멍의 작은 구멍부 안쪽 주변면 1개소에 호흡구멍의 중심선 방향의 노치가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 호흡구멍의 개구면보다도 안쪽으로 배치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 제어스위치.
