Claims (6)
- 소정의 중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 소정의 중량%의 희석제를 혼합하여 용융방사시켜 상분리된 미연신 중공사막을 제조하는 제 1단계(S1);복수의 보빈의 회전에 의해 해사 및 권취되면서 순환반복 연신되는 미연신사의 장력값을 검출하는 제 2단계(S2);상기 제 2단계로부터 입수된 장력값이 소정의 설정값보다 크면 상기 복수의 보빈 중에서 하나의 보빈의 속도를 감소시키는 제 3단계(S3);상기 제 2단계로부터 입수된 장력값이 소정의 설정값보다 작으면 상기 복수의 보빈 중에서 하나의 보빈의 속도를 증가시키는 제 4단계(S4)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 연신되는 중공사막의 장력의 검출과 보빈 속도의 증감이 실시간에 의해 이루어지는 것을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 30∼70중량%로서 용융지수값이 1∼20이며, 상기 희석제는 70∼30중량%의 액체파라핀 또는 데칼린으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 설정값은 상기 제 1단계에 의해 제조되는 미연신 중공사막의 제조조건에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수의 보빈의 회전에 의해 해사 및 권취되면서 순환되는 상기 미연신사의 순환 횟수는 상기 제 1단계에 의해 제조되는 미연신 중공사막의 제조조건에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 감겨 있는 미연신 중공사막이 해사되는 해사보빈(7)과 상기 해사보빈(7)으로부터 해사된 미연신 중공사막(10)이 권취되는 권취보빈(8) 사이에 설치되는 장력측정기(1), 일측이 상기 장력측정기(1)에 연결되는 커넥터 블록(2)의 타측에 연결되고 정장력 제어 연신 시스템이 내설되는 퍼스널 컴퓨터(PC)(3), 상기 퍼스널 컴퓨터(3)에 내설되는 다기능 입출력 보드(4), 상기 권취보빈(8)과 상기 해사보빈(7)에 각각 연결되는 제 1 서보모터(5) 및 제 2 서보모터(6), 일측은 상기 커넥터 블록(2)에 연결되고 타측은 상기 제 1서보모터(5) 및 상기 제 2서보모터(6)에 연결되는 모터 컨트롤러(9)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환연신법에 의한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중공사 분리막의 제조장치.
