Claims (6)
- 폐판지(OCC)를 펄퍼(1)에 넣어 해리하기 전에 골심지와 라이나지를 각각 분리하고, 분리된 이들이 서로 섞이지 않도록 골심지 지료를 단섬유체스트(15)에 분리 배출시킨 다음, 가성소다를 건지료 1톤당 5∼15㎏ 비율로 펄퍼(1)에 투입하여 라이나지 속에 함유된 비표백 크라프트펄프를 팽윤시켜 라이나지의 해리를 촉진시키고, 세척 및 농축단계에서 비표백 크라프트펄프중에 함유된 각질화된 미세섬유를 세망세척기(4)의 리젝트스트림으로 제거함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 재생 크라프트지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 펄퍼에서 폐판지(OCC)를 해리시킬때 분급기(5)를 사용하여 혼입된 골심지의 단섬유를 제거하여 비표백 천연펄프(UKP)의 회수율을 높히는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 크라프트지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 해리된 라이나지의 지료를 세망세척기(4)로 세척할 때 불순물이 섞여있는 장섬유를 비고해해리기(16)로 해리하여 회수함으로서 라이나지에 함유된 비표백 크라프트펄프(UKP)의 함량을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 크라프트지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 폐판지(OCC)(1)에서 라이나지 보다 먼저 해리된 골심지의 지료를 일단 배출시킨 다음, 펄퍼(1)의 임펠라 속도를 처음보다 고속으로 회전시켜 라이나지의 해리를 촉진시킴을 특징으로 하는 고강도 크라프트지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 해리된 라이나지의 지료속에 혼입된 골심지의 단섬유와 각질화된 미세섬유를 미세섬유제거기(20)로 제거함으로서 재생 지료의 비표백 크라 프트펄프의 비율을 높이는것을 특징으로하는 고강도 크라프트지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 해리된 골심지와 라이나지의 지료배합기 출구에 온라인 고해도 측정기(19)를 설치하여, 지료의 고해도에 따라 해리고해기(9)의 유압을 조절함을 특징으로하는 고강도 크라프트지의 제조방법.
