Claims (21)
- 중성 도선이 지나는 감지코일 수단과, 이 감지코일 수단에 연결되며, 전기시스템내 중성점-접지 고장에 응답하여 회로 차단기용 트립 신호를 발생시키는 중성점-접지 고장 검출기와, 이 중성점-접지 고장 검출기로 하여금 상기 트립 신호를 발생시키는 접지 중성점 고장 상태를 시뮬레이트하는 상기 감지코일 수단에 연결된 시험수단을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 시험수단은, 상기 감지코일 수단을 지나는 시험도선 수단과, 상기 감지코일 수단을 지나는 폐쇄 루프내에서 상기 시험 도선 수단을 선택적으로 연결시키는 시험 스위치를 포함하며, 상기 시험도선 수단은, 보호 대상인 전기 시스템에 있어 중성점-접지고장의 최대 임피던스와 실질적으로 동일한 임피던스를 갖는, 라인 도선 및 접지 중성 도선을 갖는 전기시스템을 보호하는 전류 차단기용 접지고장 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시험 도선 수단은 전기 도선과, 보호된 전기시스템내 상기 중성점-접지고장의 상기 임피던스에 균등하는 개별 임피던스를 포함하는 접지고장 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시험 도선 수단은 보호된 전기시스템내의 상기 중성점-접지고장의 상기 임피던스에 사실상 균등하는 분산 임피던스를 가진 전기 도선을 포함하는 접지고장 트립장치.
- 라인 도선과 중성 도선을 지니며, 스퍼터링 아크고장 및 접지고장을 방지하는 보호된 전기시스템내의 회로 차단기용 트립장치에 있어서, 상기 트립장치는, 상기 보호된 전기시스템내의 전류를 감지하는 코일감지수단과 ; 감지코일수단에 접속되어 접지된 중성점 고장을 포함하는 접지고장 및 스퍼터링 아크 고장에 응답하여 트립신호를 발생하는 고장검출수단과 ; 접지된 중성점 및 스퍼터링 아크고장 상태를 시뮬레이트하는 신호를 상기 고장 검출수단에 선택적으로 주입하는 상기 감지코일수단에 접속된 시험수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시험수단은, 상기 감지코일수단을 통해 연장한 시험 도선과, 상기 감지코일수단을 통해 연장한 폐쇄 루프내의 상기 시험 도선을 선택적으로 접속시키는 시험 스위치를 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 시험 도선 수단은 상기 보호된 전기시스템내의 접지된 중성점 고장의 최대 임피던스에 사실상 균등한 임피던스를 갖는 트립장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 감지코일수단은, 상기 라인 도선과 상기 중성 도선이 통과하는 제1감지코일과, 상기 중성 도선은 통과하지만 상기 라인 도선은 통과하지 않는 제2감지코일을 포함하며, 또한 상기 고장 검출수단은, 상기 제1 및 제2감지코일에 접속된 휴지발진 접지고장 검출회로와 상기 제2감지코일에 접속된 스퍼터링 아크검출회로를 포함하며, 또한 상기 시험 도선 수단은 상기 제1 및 제2감지코일을 통해 연장하는 트립장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2코일은 2차 권선을 지니고, 또한 상기 스퍼터링 아크검출회로는 대역폭 제한 di/dt 신호(여기서 i는 중성 도선의 전류)를 발생시키는, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 수단과, 사전에 선택된 상태하에서 상기 트립 신호를 발생시키기 위해 상기 di/dt 신호에 응답하는 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 또한 상기 시험 수단은, 상기 스퍼터링 아크검출 회로가 상기 트립신호를 발생시키게 하는 상기 2차 권선에 시험신호를 주입하는 수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 시험신호를 주입하는 상기 수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 임피던스수단과, 상기 임피던스수단을 상기 라인 도선에 선택적으로 접속시키는 스위치를 구비한 트립장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시험신호를 주입하는 상기 수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 콘덴서, 상기 콘덴서를 충전시키는 수단, 및 상기 콘덴서를 상기 2차 권선에 선택적으로 방전시키는 스위치 수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 di/dt 신호에 응답하는 상기 수단은, 상기 di/dt 신호를 임계값에 비교하는 레벨검출수단, 및 상기 di/dt 신호가 선택된 간격내에서 소정의 횟수 상기 임계값을 초과할 때 트립 신호를 발생시키는 상기 레벨 검출기에 응답하는 수단을 포함하며, 또한 시험신호를 상기 2차 권선에 주입시키는 상기 수단은, 상기 선택된 간격내에서 상기 소정의 회수 상기 임계값을 초과하는 상기 2차 권선에 시험신호를 주입하는 트립장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 시험신호를 주입하는 상기 수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 임피던스 수단과, AC 펄스를 상기 2차 권선에 주입하기 위해 상기 임피던스 수단을 상기 라인 도선에 선택적으로 접속시키는 스위치를 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시험수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 콘덴서, 상기 콘덴서를 충전시키는 수단, 및 발진을 발생시키기 위해 상기 콘덴서를 상기 2차 권선에 선택적으로 방전시키는 스위치 수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 라인 도선 및 중성 도선을 지니며, 스퍼터링 아크고장을 방지하는 보호된 전기시스템내의 회로 차단기용 자체시험 트립에 있어서, 상기 트립장치는, 1차 권선으로 라인 및 중성 도선중 하나를 갖고, 2차 권선을 가진 감지코일과 ; 상기 2차 권선에 접속되어 대역폭 제한 di/dt 신호(여기서 i는 상기 보호된 전기시스템내의 전류)를 발생시키는 수단과 ; 상기 대역폭 제한 di/dt 신호를 선택된 임계값에 비교하는 레벨 검출 수단과 ; 상기 대역폭 제한 di/dt 신호가 선택된 간격내에서 소정의 횟수 상기 선택된 임계값을 초과할 때 트립 신호를 발생시키는 수단 ; 및 상기 감지코일에 접속되어 상기 선택된 간격내의 소정의 횟수 상기 선택된 임계값을 초과하는 대역폭 제한 di/dt 신호를 생성하는 펄스를 발생시키는 시험수단을 포함하는 자체시험 트립장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 시험수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 임피던스 수단과, 상기 임피던스 수단을 상기 라인 도선에 선택적으로 접속시키는 스위치수단을 포함하는 자체시험 트립장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 시험수단은, 상기 2차 권선에 접속된 콘덴서, 상기 콘덴서를 충전하는 수단, 및 발진을 발생하기 위해 콘덴서를 상기 2차 권선에 선택적으로 방전시키는 스위치수단을 포함하는 자체시험 트립장치.
- 라인 도선과 중성 도선을 지닌 보호된 전기시스템의 회로 차단기용 트립장치에 있어서, 상기 트립장치는, 상기 보호된 전기시스템의 전류를 감지하는 감지수단과, 상기 감지수단에 접속되어 상기 보호된 전기시스템의 스퍼터링 아크고장에 의해 생성된 전류패턴에 응답하여 트립신호를 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 고장검출 수단, 및 상기 감지수단에 접속되어 스퍼터링 아크고장에 의해 생성된 상기 전류패턴을 시뮬레이트하여 상기 트립신호를 발생시키는 시험수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 고정검출수단은, 상기 전류가 선택된 시간간격내에서 소정의 횟수 사전에 선택된 크기를 초과하는 전류패턴에 응답하는 수단을 포함하고, 또한 상기 시험수단은, 상기 선택된 시간간격내에서 상기 소정의 횟수 상기 사전에 선택된 크기를 초과하는 시험신호를 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은 상기 중성 도선이 통과하는 감지코일수단을 포함하며, 상기 시험수단은 상기 감지코일수단을 통해 연장한 시험 도선 수단과, 상기 감지코일수단을 통과하는 폐쇄된 루프내에서 상기 시험 도선 수단을 선택적으로 접속시키는 시험 스위치를 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은, 상기 중성 도선과 고역필터에 의해 후속되는 저역필터에 접속된 도선을 포함하고, 또한 상기 시험수단은 임피던스와, 라인 도선 및 중성 도선을 따라 상기 임피던스를 선택적으로 폐쇄 접속할 때 상기 임피던스가 저역필터에 접속되는 스위치를 포함하는 트립장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 저역필터는 저항 및 콘덴서를 포함하고, 상기 임피던스 및 상기 저항은 상기 시험신호를 생성하는 분압기를 형성하는 트립장치.
