Claims (10)
- 다이어프램실은 액체 펌핑부분과 공기부분을 포함하며, 흡배기 체크밸브(34,35; 38,39)를 통한 공기다이어프램실(30, 32)의 축방향으로 배열된 상태로 서로 연결됨과 동시에 각각이 다이프램실내에 있서 왕복운동 가능한 한쌍의 다이어프램(40, 42)을 가지는 다이어프램펌프에 있어서,a) 상기 다이어프램실의 중간에 위치하며, 압축공기를 흡입하는 공기흡입구(51)가 연결된 작동기실(52)과, 각각의 핀이 작동기실과 커넥팅로드(50)가 부착된 다이프램실의 공기부분중 하나사이을 연장하여 다이어프램과 접촉함으로써 접동가능한 한쌍의 핀(68, 69)과;b) 상기 작동실내에 있어서 상기 한쌍의 접동가능한 핀에 연결된 파일럿밸브(70)와,c) 상기 작동기실에 설치되어 한쌍의 접동 가능한 작동부재와, 이에 고정된 열교환기 베인을 가지는 작동기밸브와;d) 상기 파일럿밸브와 상기 한쌍의 접동가능한 피스톤 작동 부재중 하나사이에 연결된 한쌍의 제 1공기통로와;e) 상기 작동기 밸브와 상기 다이어프램실 공기 부분중 하나사이에 연결된 한쌍의 제 2공기 통로와;f) 각각의 상기 공기통로는 상기 작동기밸브의 운동에 의해 상기 작동기실에 선택적으로 개방되어 있으며,감압공기을 상기 작동기실에 안내하는 수단과;g) 상기 펌핑장치에 설치되어, 공기 토출구(55)을 통해 머플러(22)에 연결된 공기 배기실(56)과, 상기 파일럿 밸브(60)와 상기 공기 배기실(56)사이에 연결된 제3통로와, 상기 작동기 밸브와 상기 공기 배기실사이에 연결된 제 4통로를 구비하여,상기 다이어프램이 소정의 위치에 있으면 상기 파일럿밸브(60)가 구동되어 이에 의해 상기 작동밸브가 구동되어 압축공기가 상기 다이어포램실의 공기부분의 대응하는 하나로 안내되며, 공기가 상기 다이어프램실(30, 32) 공기 부분의 나머지 하나로터 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기 베인은 상기 작동기 밸브에 고정된 금속 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 작동기 밸브 피스톤 작동 부재는 실린더내에서 접동가능한 피스톤을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 작동기실위에 제거가능한 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블다이어프램 펌프 장치.
- a) 1개의 축방향으로 배열되어 흡배기 체크밸브(34,35; 38,39)를 통한 한쌍의 다이어프램실(30, 32)과, 중간의 하우징 부분을 가지는 하우징(12)과;b) 커넥팅로드(50)가 부착된 각각이 상기 다이어프램실(30, 32)중 하나에 에 부착된 한쌍의 제거가능한 커버(28)와, 각각의 상기 커버와 상기 하우징사이에 부착된 가요성 다이어프램((40, 42)과,c) 상기 축을 따라 상기 중간 하우징 부분에 접동가능하게 부착된 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 각각의 단을 각각의 상기 다이어프램에(40, 42) 고정하는 수단과;d) 상기 중간 하우징 부분에 설치되어 압축공기를 흡입하는 공기 흡입구가 연결된 작동기 밸브실(52)과, 압축공기를 상기 작동기 밸브실에 이송하는 수단과;e) 밸브판이 그를 통해 3개의 오리피스를 가지며, 중앙의 오리피스가 상기 배기실통로에 연결되어 있고, 나머지 오리피스의 각각이 상기 다이어프램실(30,32)의 1개에 통로를 통해 연결되어 있으며,상기 밸브판(62)상에 접동 가능한 밸브컵을 가지며, 또한 상기 밸브컵에 고정된 열교환기을 가지는, 상기 작동기 밸브실에 설치된 작동기 밸브(70)와;f)상기 작동기 밸브에 연결된 한쌍의 작동기 밸브 제어 피스톤(72)과, 상기 하우징에 형성되어 상기 제어 피스톤과 흐름 연통하는 제어 공기 통로와;g) 상기 작동기 밸브 실에 설치되어 상기 제어 공기 통로와 공기 흐름 연통하며, 상기 다이어프램의 소정의 위치에 응답하여 상기 한쌍의 작동기 밸브 제어피스톤을 구동하는 수단을 지닌 파이럿 밸브(60)와;h) 상기 중간의 하우징 부분에 설치되어 공기 토출구(55)을 통해 머플러(22)에 연결된 배기실(56)과, 상기 배기실을 상기 파일럿 밸브와 상기 작동기 밸브 배기 통로을 연결하는 통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 상기 작동기실에 연장한 다수의 핀을 가지는 금속부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 다이어프램의 소정의 위치에 응답하는 상기 파일럿 밸브 수단은 상기 중간의 하우징 부분에 접동 가능하게 설치된 한쌍의 핀을 포함하며, 이핀은 각각의 다이어프램실로 돌출하는 제 1단을 가짐과 동시에, 상기 파일럿브에 연결된 제 2단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 파일럿 밸브는 상기 밸브판에 접동가능한 밸브컵을 포함하며, 상기 밸브판은 이를 통한 3개의 오리피스를 포함하며, 중앙 오리피스는 상기 배기실에 연결되어 있으며, 나머지 각각의 오리피스는 상기 작동기 밸브 제어 피스톤에 연결하는 통로에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 배기실에 연결된 머플러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 배기실에 근접하여 상기 하우징내에 설치된 외측실과, 그 외측실과 상기 작동기 밸브실사이를 연통하는 통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 다이어프램 펌프장치.
