Claims (5)
- (정정)분석기 캐비넷(10) 내에 배치된 작동 부품(12)들에 의해 열이 발생되는 분석기 캐비넷(10)의 온도를 제어하기 위한 장치에 있어서,열관 코일(18)과, 상기 열관 코일(18)을 둘러싸는 내부 챔버(16a) 및 외부 챔버(16b)를 구비하고, 상기 내부 챔버(16a)가 상기 캐비넷(10)으로부터의 출구(20)와 상기 캐비넷(10)으로의 입구(22)에 의해 상기 캐비넷(10)과 연통하는 방식으로 상기 캐비넷(10)에 부착된 열교환기(16)와,상기 입구(22)에 배치되어 상기 캐비넷(10)을 통해 상기 열관 코일(18)을 지나 공기를 순환시키는 연속 작동 정속도 팬(24)과,상기 열관 코일(18)을 냉각시키도록 상기 외부 챔버(16b)를 통해 외부 주변 공기를 순환시키는 가변 속도 팬(32)과,상기 캐비넷 내의 임계 부품들 상에 배치되고 센서 위치에서의 온도에 상당하는 신호들을 발생시키는 온도 센서(14)를 포함하고,상기 외부 챔버(16b)는 신선한 외부 주변공기와 연통하고, 상기 가변 속도 팬(32)은 상기 신호들에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- (정정)제1항에 있어서, 임계 광학 부품들은 광검출기, 회절 격자, 및 회절 격자 장착대로 구성된 그룹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 열관 코일(18)과 상기 열관 코일(18)을 포위하는 내부 챔버(16a) 및 외부 챔버(16b)를 구비하고, 상기 내부 챔버(16a)가 캐비넷(10)으로의 입구(22)와 상기 캐비넷으로부터의 출구(20)를 거쳐 상기 캐비넷(10)과 연통하고, 상기 외부 챔버(16b)가 입구(30)과 가변 속도 팬(32)을 구비한 출구(28)를 거쳐 외부의 신선한 공기와 연통하는 구성의 열교환기(16)가 부착된 캐비넷(10) 내에 수납된, 근적외선 분석기 임계 광학 부품들의 온도를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 임계 광학 부품들의 온도는,a) 임계 부품들에 고정된 온도 센서(14)에 의해 캐비넷(10) 내의 임계 광학 부품들의 온도를 연속적으로 측정하는 단계와,b) 상기 부품들을 비교적 일정한 온도로 유지하기 위해 정속도 팬(24)에 의해 공기를 임계 광학 부품들을 지나 연속적으로 순환시키는 단계, 및c) 온도 센서(14)에 의해 발생된 신호들로부터 가변 속도 외부 팬(32)의 속도를 제어하는 단계에 의해,±0.1℃의 목표점으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 임계 광학 부품들은 광검출기, 회절 격자, 및 회절 격자 장착대로 구성된 그룹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
