Claims (4)
- 알루미나 전구체 및 지르코니아 분말을 수용액에 분산시켜 상기 수용액의 pH에 의해 상기 알루미나 전구체 및 지르코니아 분말의 표면에 대전되는 표면 전하의 정전기적 인력을 이용하여 상기 지르코니아의 분말 표면에 알루미나 전구체를 코팅하는 단계;상기 코팅된 결과물을 건조 및 하소하여 표면이 알루미나 전구체가 코팅된 지르코니아 분말을 형성하는 단계;상기 코팅된 지르코니아 분말을 아파타이트 분말과 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 소결하여 아파타이트 기지 상과 강화재로 사용되는 지르코니아 2차상 및 상기 지르코니아 2차상을 코팅하여 상기 2차상과 상기 기지상간의 계면 반응을 억제하는 알루미나 장벽층을 포함하는 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 이식용 세라믹 소결 복합체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 전구체는알루미늄 이소프로폭사이드의 가수분해로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 이식용 세라믹 소결 복합체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지르코니아는상기 복합체에 3 부피% 내지 50부피%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 이식용 세라믹 소결 복합체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나는상기 복합체에 3부피% 내지 50부피%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 이식용 세라믹 소결 복합체 제조 방법.
