Claims (17)
- 베어링캡에 의해서 형성되고, 분리되는 최소한 하나의 베어링시트를 가지며, 베어링캡이 성형부재로부터 분리되는 부품을 성형부재로부터 생산하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 성형부재의 재료와는 다른 재료로된 베어링층(15)이 성형부재의 베어링시트면(4)위로 적용되는 단계, 그리고 적어도 이 베어링층(15)은 파단분리에 의해서 분리되는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베어링캡(18)은 성형부재의 코팅이전에 성형부재로부터 분리되며, 분리 가능하도록 성형부재와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링캡(18)의 분리는 파단분리에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형부재의 코팅 이후에 베어링캡(18)은 베어링캡의 시트면(20)으로 적용된 베어링층(15)의 부분(21)과 함께 파단분리를 통해 성형부재로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형부재는 분리지점(19)의 범위내에서 베어링시트면(4)에 최소한 하나의 파단시작 노치(17)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파단분리이전에 성형부재는 최소한 분리지점(19)의 범위내에서 목적한 열처리방법에 의해서 취성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파단분리이전에 성형부재는 최소한 분리지점(19)의 범위내에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파단분리이전에 베어링층(15)은 최소한 분리지점(23)의 범위내에서 목적한 열처리방법에 의해서 취성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파단분리이전에 베어링층(15)은 최소한 분리지점(23)의 범위내에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링캡(18)의 분리와 베어링층(15)의 파단분리 이후에 베어링층(15)의 베어링표면(13)의 절삭가공이 부품의 조립 상태에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링층(15)은 용사방법, 특히 플레임 스프레잉, 고속플레임 스프레잉 또는 플라즈마 스프레잉을 통해서 베어링시트면(4)에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형부재는 주조 또는 단조 혹은 분말야금 방법, 특히 소결 혹은 소결단조를 통해서 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링층(15)은 미끄럼베어링층으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부품으로서 분리된 커넥팅로드헤드(3)를 가진 커넥링로드(1)가 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 본체를 지니며, 베어링캡(18)에 의해서 형성되고, 분리된 베어링시트를 갖는 부품에 있어서, 본체의 베어링시트면(4) 이 성형부재와는 다른 재질로 만들어진 베어링층(15)을 가지며, 분리된 베어링시트의 분리지점이 적어도 베어링층(15)의 범위내에서 파단분리에 의해서 발생된 분리지점(23)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 분리된 베어링시트의 분리지점은 베어링캡(18)과 본체 사이의 분리면의 범위 내에서 파단분리에 의해 발생된 분리지점(19)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 부품은 분리된 커넥팅로드헤드(3)를 가진 커넥팅로드(1)로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부품.
