Description
Claims (8)
- 입구부에서 시작하여 실질적으로 같은 형상으로, 끝단부끼리 정렬된 복수의 엘레먼트로서 형성된 연속통로체를 포함하며, 상기 각 엘레먼트가 복수의 변형통로를 구비하고, 상기 변형통로가 입구와 출구를 가지는, 성형장치의 복수의 상기 입구부에 가소성 또는 유동성을 가지는 공급재료를 공급하는 공급공정과, 상기 각 엘레먼트가, 상기 연속통로체를 따라 병렬관계로 배치된 상기 복수의 변형통로를 가지고, 상기 변형통로가, 상기 변형통로 입구로부터 변형통로 출구로 향하여 연속적으로 변화하는 단면형상을 가지며, 상기 변형통로는 상기 출구에서 서로 중첩되어 있는것과, 상기 재료가 상기 변형통로의 상기 입구에서 출구로 향하여 통과할 때, 상기 재료를 상기 각 엘레먼트 내에서 상기 변형통로의 연속적으로 변화하는 단면형상에 적합한 형상으로 변화하도록, 상기 변형통로를 따라 상기 재료에 힘을 부여하는 공급재료 성형공정과, 상기 엘레먼트의 상기 변형통로 내로 흐르는 상기 재료가 상기 변형통로의 상기 출구에서 함께 흐르고, 이 수집된 상기 재료를, 계속하여 상기 변형통로의 적어도 둘의 입구에 의해 나뉘어지는 적어도 하나의 엣지부에서 분할하여 상기 연속 통로체의 계속되는 엘레먼트 내의 계속되는 변형통로 내로 흐르는 합류분할공정과, 상기 연속통로체에서의 최후의 엘레먼트의 상기 각 변형통로가 상기 재료를 개방하여 재료가 포개진 층형상으로 형성하는 배출공정으로 이루어지는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층형상체가, 서로 다른 재료로 성형된 인접층으로 이루어지고, 또 상기 재료공급공정이, 상기 변형통로의 상기 입구에 서로 다르게 성형된 재료를 공급하며, 또 상기 복수의 인접층에 상기 재료를 성형하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통형상체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형공정중에서, 각 변형통로 내를 흐르는 상기 재료가 서로 합류할 때에 합류시간을 어긋나게 하는 합류조정공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 합류조정공정이, 적어도 하나의 상기 엘레먼트에서의 상기 변형통로가 가변길이를 가지는 것으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변형통로의 적어도 하나에, 그 변형통로 길이의 거의 중간부에서, 상기 성형재료에 혼입해야 할 다른 재료가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 합류조정공정이, 상기 변형통로에 부착된 바이패스 통로를 가지는 것에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 합류분할공정이, 상기 변형통로의 상기 출구의 엣지부에 의해 형성된 대략 수평인 축선을 따라 함께 상기 재료가 흐르고, 상기 입구부의 상기 엣지부가 대략 수직인 분할선을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 형상을 변화시키는 동안에, 일정한 단면적을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층형상체의 제조방법.
