Claims (5)
- 밀폐용기의 내부에 장착되어 유체를 흡입하여 압축 토출시키는 압축 유니트에 결합되고, 그 압축 유니트에 구비된 오일유로의 입구에 연통되어 상기 밀폐용기의 오일을 오일유로를 통해 압축 유니트로 펌핑하도록 이루어지는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치에 있어서 ;상기 밀폐용기에 채워진 오일에 잠기도록 압축 유니트에 고정되고 그 내주면에 환상의 멈춤돌조가 형성되어 상기 압축 유니트의 기동시 함께 진동하는 오일실린더와, 그 오일실린더의 내부에 미끄러지게 개재되어 상기 오일실린더의 내부를 오일 흡입공간과 오일 토출공간으로 구획함과 아울러 상기한 멈춤돌조에 착탈되어 오일 흡입밸브의 역할을 하는 오일 피스톤부재와, 상기 오일실린더의 토출측에 장착되어 그 오일실린더와 압축 유니트의 오일유로를 연통시키는 오일 토출커버와, 그 오일 토출커버의 내부에 장착되어 오일실린더의 토출측을 개폐하는 오일 토출밸브를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일 피스톤부재는 오일실린더의 토출측으로부터 하나의 탄성부재에 의해 탄력 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오일 피스톤부재는 볼 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오일 피스톤부재는 흡입측으로 갈 수록 직경이 작아지는 원추형인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오일 피스톤부재가 탈착되는 오일실린더의 피스톤 멈춤돌조가 상기한 오일 피스톤부재의 외주면과 형합되도록 테이퍼지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급장치.
