Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아제티디논 유도체를 비양성자성 용매중에서 -20℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 고리화반응시킴을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 β-락탐 화합물의 제조방법:상기식에서, R1은 수소, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노이고, R2는 카복시 보호기이며, R3은 치환되지 않은 페닐이고, X는 저급알킬로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬렌이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 촉매의 존재하에서 고리화반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 일반식 R3-I(Q)2(여기서, R3및 Q는 하기 정의한 바와 같다)의 화합물과 반응시켜 아제티디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노이고, R2는 카복시 보호기이며, R3은 치환되지 않은 페닐이고, X는 저급알킬로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬렌이고, Q는 산의 음이온 부분에서 유도된 치환기이다.
