Description
Claims (10)
- 조직부위에 전달되기 위하여 작은 스폿 크기를 가진 광의 강한 빔을 생성하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 방사원 ; 상기 방사원이 놓여있는 제 1 초점과 제 2 초점을 가지며; 상기 방사원으로부터 상기 제 2 초점쪽으로 상기 빔을 조사하도록 동작하는 제 1 반사경 수단, 상기 제 2 초점에 수신된 방사선을 특정 개구수로 제한하기 위한 광학수단 ; 상기 제 2 초점에서 수신된 상기 방사선을 제한하는 상기 수단에 의하여 통과된 상기 방사선의 빔을 수용하는 개구수를 가지며 상기 제 2 초점에 위치하는 광학 리셉터클 ; 및 상기 리셉터클로부터 상기 조직부위까지 상기 방사선을 전달하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방사선을 생성하는 상기 수단은 통상적인 광원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 그 사이에 갭이 있는 제 1 및 제 2 전극을 가진 아크램프인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 펄스파워가 공급되어 광의 강한 펄스가 상기 전극사이에 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파워는 1 및 10 밀리세컨드 사이의 주기동안 펄스화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 초점에서 수신된 방사선을 제한하기 위한 상기 수단은 내부에 구경을 가진 반사면을 포함하며, 상기 구경은 사전 설정된 개구수 기준에 적합한 광선은 통과되도록 하고, 상기 개구수 기준에 적합하지 않은 광선은 상기 제 1 반사경쪽으로 재조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 방사선을 전달하기 위한 상기 수단은 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 방사선을 전달하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 광섬유에 작용하도록 연결된 수단을 더 포함하여 상기 광섬유를 통과한 상기 방사선을 수신하여 상기 조직 부위위에 상기 방사선을 집속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 방사선을 전달하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 조직에 집속된 상기 방사선의 파장을 제어하기 위고 필터링 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 아크램프는 수은-크세논 증기를 포함하며, 상기 램프에 의해 생성된 방사선은 자외선, 가시광선, 적외선에 상응하는 파장의 광을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
