Claims (1)
- 입경 4~6μm의 텅스텐 분말 46 중량%와 입경 5~7μm의 몰리브덴 분말 26.5 및 입경 5~7μm의 탄탈 분말 18 중량%를 배합하고, 이와 함께 니켈 0.5 중량%와 코발트 0.5 중량%와 붕소 0.25 중량%와 마그네슘스티어레이트(Mg(C18H35O2)) 1.25 중량%를 첨가한 후 Y형배합기 내에서 약 36 시간 동안 혼합하여 상기 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 및 탄탈 분말에 상기 붕소와 마그네슘스티어레이트를 도포하는 배합공정;상기 배합공정에서 얻어진 복합분말을 유압프레스 내에 투입하고 약 3ton/cm2의 압력으로 가압하는 압축성형공정;상기 압축성형공정에서 얻어진 성형체를 환원성 상태에서 약 1900℃로 약 2시간 동안 소결한 후 서냉시켜 상기 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 및 탄탈 분말 표면에 도포된 초미분의 상기 마그네슘스티어레이트의 결합력을 향상시킴과 아울러, 상기 붕소 잔류물에 의해 다공질피막을 형성하여 내산화력 및 내용착성을 향상시켜주기 위한 예비소결공정; 및상기 예비소결공정에서 얻어진 소결체를 약 1100℃에서 약 1시간 동안 가열한 후 상기 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 및 탄탈 분말의 기공 내로 상기 은 7 중량%를 용침(Infiltration)시키는 용침공정;을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마발생기의 전극팁용 합금소재의 제조방법.
