Claims (7)
- 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 3급-부틸 알콜을 유동층 촉매를 사용하여 고온에서 기체 상으로 암모니아 및 산소 함유 기체와 촉매적으로 반응시켜 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 3급-부틸 알콜과 동일한 탄소 원자수를 갖는 α,β-불포화 니트릴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,출발물질과 촉매 층이 출발물질의 공급점으로부터 그들의 총 접촉시간의 1/2 내지 9/10의 접촉시간을 갖게 되는 위치에서 메탄올 및 산소 함유 기체가 각각의 기체 분산 파이프를 통하여 공급되며, 기체 분산 파이프의 하부 및(또는) 상부에 배치되어 60 % 내지 99 %인 개구 면적비를 갖는 하나 이상의 다공성 구조체를 갖는 유동층 반응기에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구 면적비가 80 % 내지 99%인 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 구조체가 각기 망형 또는 빗-형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 기체 방출 파이프 및 가장 근접한 다공성 구조체 사이의 거리가 10 내지 100 ㎝ 이거나, 다공성 구조체들간의 간격이 10 내지 100 ㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탄올이 동일한 기체 분산 파이프를 통해 증기와 함께 공급됨으로써 촉매가 분산 파이프에 부착되는 것을 방지하거나 파이프에 부착된 촉매를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 메탄올 및 산소 함유 기체 각각에 대하여 노즐을 갖는 기체 분산 파이프를 사용하며, 상기 파이프 중 하나의 노즐이 다른 하나의 파이프의 노즐과 축이 일치하고, 메탄올 공급 개구와 산소 함유 기체 공급 개구 사이의 거리가 10 내지 200 ㎜이어서 메탄올 및 산소 함유 기체가 수직 방향으로 마주보고 분사되어 서로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메탄올 및 증기가 5 내지 80 중량%의 증기/메탄올 비율로 혼합되며, 동일한 기체 분산 파이프를 통하여 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 α,β-불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
