Description
Claims (4)
- 오염물질 발생원으로부터 큰 입자의 분진을 포집·제거하는 집진장치(10)와;상기 집진장치(10)를 거쳐온 고온의 배가스를 송급받아 급냉시킬 수 있도록 다수의 스프레이노즐(20a)이 배치되어 있는 냉각장치(20)와;상기 냉각장치(20)에 의해 급냉되고서 인입되는 다습한 배가스에 대하여 제진 및 탈황을 시키는 충진물층(30a)과, 이 충진물층(30a) 사이에서 세정수를 분사시키는 스프레이노즐(30b)과, 다습한 배가스중의 미세한 오염물질을 굵은 물방울로 포집하여 적하시키는 엘리미네이터(30c)와, 이 엘리미네이터(30c)를 통과하는 분무상태의 수분과 극히 미세한 분진이나 황산화물을 제거하는 디미스터(30d)가 구비된 제진및탈황장치(30)와;상기 제진및탈황장치(30)의 스프레이노즐(30b)과 엘리미네이터(30c)로 세정수를 공급하는 집수조(40)와;상기 집수조(40)에 담긴 세정수의 수소이온농도를 높이기 위한 중화제가 저장됨으로써 상기 집수조(40)로 중화제를 송급하는 중화제저장조(50)와;외부로부터 산소를 강제 취입받아 폐수중에 잔류하는 아황산마그네슘을 황산마그네슘으로 산화시키며, 슬러지를 물과 분리시켜 청정수를 상기 집수조(40)로 재순환시키는 산화장치(60)와;상기 집수조(40)의 세정수가 상기 제진및탈황장치(30)를 순환하고서 발생되는 폐수를 냉각시키는 냉각탑(70)과;상기 산화장치(60)로부터 폐수를 송급받고 상기 중화제저장조(50)로부터 중화제를 공급받아 폐수를 중화시키는 정수장치(80)와;상기 산화장치(60)로부터 농축슬러지를 송급받아 농축슬러지의 함수율을 낮추어 슬러지를 케이크화시키는 탈수장치(90)로 이루어진 철강제조 및 벙커씨유 연소시 배가스의 제진 및 탈황을 위한 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제진및탈황장치(30)의 충진물층(30a)은 상하로 다층 배열되고, 상기 스프레이노즐(30b)은 상기 각 충진물층(30a)의 구간에 다수개가 취부되며, 상기 최상단의 엘리미네이터(30c)는 상하로 경로가 연장되도록 지그재그형상으로 되어 상기 최상단의 충진물층(30a) 상측에 배치되고, 상기 디미스터(30d)는 그물형상의 폴리프로필렌을 여러겹으로 적층한 것으로서 상기 엘리미네이터의 상측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철강제조 및 벙커씨유 연소시 배가스의 제진 및 탈황을 위한 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중화제저장조(50)에 저장하여 사용될 중화제는 해수 수산화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 철강제조 및 벙커씨유 연소시 배가스의 제진 및 탈황을 위한 설비.
- 배가스중에 함유된 큰 입자의 분진을 1차적으로 포집·제거하는 단계와;배가스를 냉각수로 급냉시켜 다습한 배가스로 만드는 단계와;다습한 배가스에 중화제로 중화된 세정수를 분사시키면서 충진물층으로 통과시켜 제진 및 탈황하고, 다습한 배가스중의 미세한 오염물질은 엘리미네이터로써 굵은 물방울로 적하시키며, 분무상태의 수분과 극히 미세한 분진이나 황산화물은 디미스터로써 포집 제거하여 배가스를 청정화시키는 단계와;배가스의 청정화로 발생되는 폐수를 냉각시키는 단계와;냉각된 폐수를 중화시키고, 산소를 취입하여 폐수중의 아황산마그네슘을 황산마그네슘으로 산화시키며, 슬러지를 물과 분리시켜 폐수를 청정화하여 청정수를 재순환시키는 단계와;슬러지의 함수율을 낮추어 슬러지를 케이크화시키는 단계로 이루어지는 철강제조 및 벙커씨유 연소시 배가스의 제진 및 탈황을 위한 방법.
