Claims (4)
- 마운팅 플레이트(70)와, 수평 하중의 작용시 상기 마운팅 플레이트(70)에 대하여 길이 방향으로 변위를 일으킬 수 있도록 복수개의 가요성 지지기둥(90)을 개재하여 상기 마운팅 플레이트(70)에 형성되는 웨이팅 플레이트(80)와, 이 웨이팅 플레이트(80)의 변위에 비례하여 탄성 변형을 일으킬 수 있도록 상기 마운팅 플레이트(70)와 상기 웨이팅 플레이트(80) 사이에 수직으로 형성되는 스트레인 포스트(100)로 구성되는 로드 셀 엘리먼트(60)와; 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)에 부착되어 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)의 변형량에 비례하는 전기 신호를 발생하는 스트레인 게이지(200)를 포함하는 로드 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)의 상부에는 수직 하중의 전달을 차단하는 멈춤구멍(110)이 형성되고, 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)와 상기 웨이팅 플레이트(80)는 수평 날개(122)에 의해서 서로 연결되는 로드 셀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)는 웨브(104)를 사이에 두고 폭방향 양쪽 면에 형성되는 오목부(102)를 구비하고, 상기 스트레인 게이지(200)는 상기 웨브(104)의 양쪽 면에 부착되는 로드 셀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스트레인 포스트(100)는 폭방향의 관통구멍(120)을 사이에 두고 평행하게 연장되는 한쌍의 레그(122)를 구비하고, 상기 레그(122)의 대향면에 스트레인게이지(300)가 부착되는 로드 셀.
