Claims (3)
- 외부의 전원 또는 부하측과 연결되는 제1 전기 연결 수단이 전기적으로 연결되어 일측 단부에 고정 결합된 도전성 케이스와, 그 케이스 내부에 설치되어 상기 제1 전기 연결 수단과 전기적으로 연결되고 탄성력을 가진 도전성 탄성 수단과, 그 도전성 탄성수단과 밀착되어 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 탄성수단의 탄성력에 의해 케이스 내부에서 이동 가능하게 설치되는 도전성 접촉수단과, 외부의 부하 또는 전원측과 연결되는 제2 전기 연결 수단을 상기 전도성 케이스와는 전기적으로 절연 상태로 유지시키면서 그 전도성 케이스의 타단부에 고정 결합시키는 절연 고정 수단과 및 상기 제2 전기 연결 수단과 상기 접촉수단의 사이에 삽입 설치되어 절연상태를 유지하고, 정격 온도 이상의 열이 전달되면 용융되어 상기 탄성수단의 복원력에 의해 상기 접촉 수단과 상기 제2 전기 연결 수단을 밀착 접촉시켜 상기 제1, 제2 전기 연결수단 간에 통전을 시켜 주기 위한 열감응 용융부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감응소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 고정수단은, 상기 제 2 전기 연결수단이 삽입되어 고정되게 하는 부쉬와, 상기 부쉬, 상기 제 2 전기 연결수단의 단부 및 상기 도전성 케이스를 몰딩하기 위한 봉함제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감응소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열감응 용융 부재는, 감지온도에 상응하게 용융되는 다수의 절연물질중 어느 하나로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 감응소자.
