Claims (5)
- 튜브몸체와, 상기 튜브몸체의 전면에 일체화된 스월러판과, 상기 스월러판에 방사상으로 형성되어 상기 튜브몸체내로 공급된 외부공기와 버어너부를 구성하는 노즐의 각 가스분출공을 통해 분출되는 가스를 서로 혼합하면서 연소실 내로 안내하는 복수개의 슬릿공을 구비한 것에 있어서,상기 스월러판의 적소에 각 슬릿공과는 별도로 다수의 보조보염공을 형성하여 튜브몸체내에 공급된 외부공기 및 가스가 상기 각 보조보염공을 통해서도 연소실 내부로 안내될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가스연소기 버어너부의 드레프트 튜브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각 보조보염공을 스월러판의 중앙부에 원주방향으로 형성하여 상기 스월러판의 중앙부에서도 화염이 형성될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스연소기 버어너부의 드레프트 튜브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,각 보조보염공은 버어너부를 구성하는 노즐의 각 가스분출공과 대응되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스연소기 버어너부의 드레프트 튜브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각 보조보염공의 직경은 스월러판 두께의 1∼3배 이내로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스연소기 버어너부의 드레프트 튜브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,스월러판의 정 중앙에 각 보조보염공과는 별도로 센터보염공을 형성하여 노즐과 드레프트 튜브간의 조립시 상기 노즐의 중앙이 드레프트 튜브의 중앙과 정확히 일치되도록 함으로써 화염의 불안정 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스연소기 버어너부의 드레프트 튜브.
